Can’t login
Such a waste app I ever found in my life. It can’t even login properly. Always showing invalid login or password. Also if logged in anyway, not showing the otp properly
Why on earth did u remove the amount from points?
Give me one valid reason why? People don’t care about points, they ask how much money I can spend, it was there before and I don’t understand why u removed it?
“Something went wrong. We are working on it”
Cannot earn any points cuz every time my application is not working. Support didn’t answer twice. Awful experience. Title is a problem 😂
Not happy
I washed my car four times for 37 AED and got a coupon. I would assume the coupon given should be the same wash FOR 37AED. But the free coupon is for the 32 AED wash. Even though it’s not fair but fine by me. I asked them to upgrade it to thr 37 AED wash and I’ll pay the extra and they said it can’t be done! Why is that?? Technically the free coupon is useless to me
Excellent Points structure
Good offers for coffee lovers.
Absolutely dumb app
The app just have works when you’re at a pump. I don’t understand the logic of it. Every single time at the pump, the code doesn’t get generated in the only feedback. The staff at the pump would say Please update. But my app is on auto update. I don’t know why they even created an app if they didn’t want to give us points.
Great rewards
It’s easy to use, convenient and has great rewards!
Worst application
Always shows error while login or points earned not updated properly
Good Reward App
Been using this for quite some time now and I am satisfied with their reward system. Every time I fill up my tank, and I usually forget that I have their app, the petrol station attendant would always ask me if I have a Yes app. Same goes in the Zoom store. other stores with rewards would not do the same.
Update
Not updating and not able to add Yes Reward points
Buggy
Unstable, buggy app that crashes regularly with half of the pages inside not working properly.
Yes Rewards
Good rewards app
No response
When I try to create an account in the Yes app, they are saying an account is already created on my number. And when I try the forgot password option, no OTP is coming to my phone. I have tried contacting their customer service several times, but I got no response 😕.
App not working
The App is saying there is a newer version. However when you try to log in it crashes
Application issue
Kindly update the application as there happens to be a bug where the application does not generate a code once petrol is filled in the car. This code is generated in the application consisting of 4 digit code. After numerous uninstall / installation and restarting the application, the issue remains where the code doesn’t not show the 4 digit code.
Your developer scammed you
Im 100% confident the developers of your application scammed you, its not what an enoc app should be always glitching and not once working properly, you are such a reputed company even your employees promote your app at the gas station. Always be presentable even if you guys are like a monopoly in this business, you dont realise how good your competitors are or just give a blind eye to it.
Point is not getting update
I am using this app form last 2 month and my point is not showing or updating in app at all.
