i can’t add delivery instructions after placing an order it keeps showing “something went wrong” not great when i’m craving kfc in the middle of the night and the driver rings the bell at 3am because he doesn’t know he should leave it outside BECAUSE OF THE GLITCHY APP. respect to all delivery drivers !

Stop messing up my food iv talked to 3 people already 2 ghosted me one just said thank you for something I don’t remember and im done with this the only issue is the damn fries j always order from the app or something and the fries always look dry or bland or no seasoning iv tried talking yall didn’t do anything iv ordered it many times and never got it right only got it right ONCE and stop giving me the random guys who don’t do anything and don’t come early and the food already cold asf I ordered and I placed at 3:30 the order came at 1:50 I like that it came early but I didn’t even order this time yet and the food is already cold to please just fix this damn situation I don’t want a discount I don’t want credits I just want my damn spicy fries that’s all I want I’m on my period I just lost my cat I want to order something that will make me happy and I get what? Bland unsalted unseasoned fries cold wrap and a cold drink be so for real

Badly designed, barely functional
The implementation of this app is poor. The menu is chaotic, instead of simply allowing users to chose them items wanted they are forced to scroll through a long list of forced ‘Deals’ ensuring you have to buy items you don’t want. The delivery tracking is worthless, automatically reporting items as ‘delivered’ 30 minutes to an hour before the delivery arrives. This is an ongoing problem.

Cannot rate a driver, submit doesn’t work and a lot of other things. Pls fix your app

Food is great obviously, The App is ... the opposite
Your app works when it wants to .. not when a customer wants , especially when there’s a coupon applied . It just won’t stop loading . And that’s it . Disastrous. We were at it for half an hour or probably more . Sometimes though , Without the coupon it works fine but then again, with the coupon applied-it hangs . A miracle app .

The app is so slow, keeps loading even though my connection good. Even after an update it still the slowest bs ever. THE OLDER UPDATES ARE BETTER AT THIS POINT!

The application itself is good. - It's missing options in the beverages section for customer customization for ice/no ice/easy on the ice etc.y up a The facilities in the app does not extend to business, for example, car hop feature does not permit card payment option on site. (Cash only/Online payment).
Lack of Pick up Discounts
Great app. Clean and nice. However, unlike other apps who provide good deals for pick ups, KFC doesn’t seem to have the same offers. Should they introduce, it would match that of others.

There is zero feedback support or app support for this. I have a valid complaint. There is a number to call call it. Wait on hold and don’t get any feedback. The app feedback fails. No food no feedback so this is the only way I can complain. On the Apple Store.

I’m really happy we can order via an app as oppose to the website which always had issues. However with few minor changes, it will be great app, for example, if I can rename the delivery address to whatever I want (ex. Mohammed’s) that will be great, also if it is possible to use Apple Pay and I don’t have to log my cc in there, that will be perfect. Thanks a million though, great start
