Fair price
Many items that are available around the UAE are priced higher, of example the Be Kind bars.. you charge the highest per bar, while carrefour charges the least. If you really want people you choose grandiose then emphasize of fair pricing, and customer requests. For instance, grandiose should have sardines in olive oil, on glass containers!

When doing online people look for cheaper than nearby grocery Here it is costlier, so what is the point of this application
Ham products
It’s third time when I order pork ham on the app, I get a call that’s it’s not available! They should update their app with item sold out or not available!
Shop is good, but last app update is broken
Used this for daily shopping. After last update, on a new interface I could not Ann any product at my cart. Completely broken. iOS 26.3

Bug - Cannot remove unavailable items from basket
After adding an item in my basket a fee days ago, when checking out today, the app informed the item is out of stock so I cannot complete the order, however, there is no option to remove the item from my basket.
Update App to allow special requests
Good app but would be nice if can allow for customers to type special requests when placing their orders. Support quite slow to respond to chat messages.

Ordered several items via the App only to be sent inappropriate replacements. Despite contacting customer service, they would not provide an adequate replacement, despite having some of these replacements in stock.

What’s the point of offering delivery?
The app is as good as useless. Seven times I typed in the address only to be told I had to exit or delete address. The shop is opposite my house (I know, I’m lazy), yet I can’t get thing’s delivered. Absolute rubbish.

Long waiting time for addition of any new item. I can’t wait for 10 sec for any item addition to be confirmed. Waste of time. Needs fixes asap.

Absolutely love the fact that its all just click and go.
Too many bugs. Fix it.
The navigation is fine, but the backend suffers. Fix your bugs at checkout, shipping part, payment part. Popup error when placing order “Undefined property” even though it was pinned properly on your map and additional to that the full address was input completely.
