Reliable and good products
This supermarket is very reliable — they always send exactly what I need and make sure every order is followed precisely. Great service and attention to detail
Fine but long delivery
The supermarket itself is fine. They have good deals and good quality items. My only problem is that they take up to three hours to deliver your order. I’ve called and complained many times to no avail. If you want to order from them, better to use other delivery services like talabat, noon, instashop, etc. don’t depend on west zone delivery because you’ll wait hours on hours.
Difficult to Browse
I find it difficult to search for items i want to add on my cart. Even if I select ALL CATEGORIES I find it hard to search for the item that I need and I have to go through the specific category just to double check if the item I want to purchase is available. Also, there are no tracking after I order. So I dont know weather the delivery is near or on the way.

I ordered tuna fish from the shop, but after one hour, they called me to inform me that the tuna was not available. This has happened more than once. I tried to contact them using the provided phone number and even sent a message regarding a wrong item that was delivered. However, they didn’t answer my calls or respond to me on WhatsApp. Are they doing this intentionally to their customers? At the very least, they should value our time. This is such poor service.

The West Zone app is not user-friendly at all. The navigation is a total mess with endless categories that make finding anything a headache. The tiny fonts are hard to read, especially for older users or anyone straining their eyes. Products are jumbled everywhere with no clear organization, so good luck finding what you need. The search function is practically useless—you type in words and get zero results, but somehow find the item by digging through categories one-by-one. Also, the app’s design feels outdated compared to sleek competitors like InstaShop, Talabat, or Deliveroo, which look modern and intuitive. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Simplify Navigation: Streamline the categories and add a clear, intuitive menu structure to make browsing easier. 2. Improve Font Size and Readability: Increase font sizes and use high-contrast text to enhance accessibility for all users. 3. Organize Products: Categorize items logically and consistently to reduce clutter and confusion. 4. Fix the Search Function: Upgrade the search engine to return accurate results, even for partial or misspelled queries. 5. Modernize the Design: Update the app’s interface with a fresh, user-friendly look to match competitors like InstaShop or Talabat. 6. Add Card Payment Options: Include secure card payment methods (like Visa, Mastercard, or digital wallets) for faster, more convenient checkouts. 7. Add User Feedback Feature: Allow users to report issues or suggest improvements directly in the app to help refine the experience.

Unhygienic way of handling fruits and vegetable
Do not buy from them, ever, especially for delivery… They put the fruits and vegetables in the trunk of their car early in the morning only to deliver past noon! Beware

I have updated the app version, and it is just loading on the all categories screens. I restarted my phone and did some troubleshooting, however, the issue persists.

With this new update, the app crashes every time I try to open it. Very disappointing since I have groceries to order.
DELIVERY VERY LONG TIME
I can see the application is good now. A lots of improvements. But the DELIVERY TIME IS STILL WORST. Even you placed it morning always 6HRS BEFORE WILL REACHED THE ORDER.

Delivery is always late, irresponsibility.
I am ordering groceries in the app, the delivery is always 2 to 3 hours late than what the delivery time I select, they schedule there own time for delivery, if we call to the respected branch they never attend the calls, the delivery person always says 1 dialogue “today suddenly we got more delivery so it became late” or I started my duty now only few min before I don’t know”. Very very irresponsible staff.

It is such a pointless app you get items in thirty minutes or 40 but get it in 10 if you call them directly and half the things that are in the store don’t show up on the app.you have to type the exact product for something to show up otherwise it will say they don’t have it, almost every time I order they call me and say they don’t have an item or two and always forget things. Terrible
