Not user friendly at all, so many pop-up screens, too much information in the landing page, will delete it and never use it at all.

Map directions is not working anymore
After updating my phone to new iPhone few days ago, when I place the order and complete the payment then the map directions to the shop is not working until I reach near the shop and enter the green area. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it however the problem still persist. It’s very annoying to not have an means to communicate and report such issues.
Can’t reset my password
Been using the application for years . Major disappointment was the fact that app keeps tracking you after you close the app (thanks to iPhone notifying me of this ). Second disappointment is After restoring my phone I’m not able to login I forgot the username and password reset couldn’t send email to my account , been trying all day and seem will stop use the app until reset password works or another reset happens with plate numbers . I will not create new account and cannot reach support .

Time to destination
Love the app and the idea. The time to destination is very inaccurate. Locations that show 2 mins away are at times 25 minutes away without traffic when opened on Google maps. Idk if it was just me or there is no option to open the location on Google maps from the app once the order is placed. A coffee shop in Ajman is not listed on Google maps. It did exist however I was unable to open the location on Google maps from the app. The existing navigation is a little inconvenient as it was unable to account for the traffic and other information.
Order cancellation
You don’t have the option to cancel your order even if it took one hour waiting. Another thing you can’t use the app if you don’t give full access to location. While it’s enough to give access to location while using the app.
Always allow location
Fix your app, i don’t have to give you my location as always, make it only when i use the app. It’s so frustrating

Shop Took the money but not responding
I struggle a lot with this app one of the worst thing is that you can’t talk to the some of the shops or the app after placing the order. The shop excepted the order and when I went to get it they disappeared from the map like someone did pick it up but it wasn’t me and I don’t know what to do there’s nothing to communicate with this shop or with the app itself to solve the problem.
App enhancement ideas
Hello, I’ve been using DriveU for a couple of years now if not more, I’d love a feature if I can add “my favorites/my list” where I can make a list of shops that I’d like to visit or try without having to constantly search to find them. Also, I hope the background tracking option is better with the new update — I’d like to only use my location when using the app. Whenever i switched to that option, ordering wasn’t possible and had to switch to “always”. I don’t know if it’s the same with the new update but I hope it’s fixed. Love the new look , very clean and sleek!
Rating
I suggets to add a rating after each order, there are so many comments on cafes due to orders. It would help the cafes to do better.
Review
The idea of the app and the service it provides is amazing. However it does have some glitches for instance I once ordered through the app only to discover the cafe is not yet open when I arrived. I also believe adding a feature where we can filter the results will be good (for instance to have to choose to view the opened cafes only)

Free Coffee Stamps and can’t place two orders at the same time
I can’t use my free coffee stamps when I’m ordering more than one coffee. I would like you to add the option to place two orders at the same time as sometimes I would like to order from 2 restaurants (near to each other) at the same time to avoid waiting time
Good but no privacy
It’s a great app but no one wants their location to be shares always please fix this problem as no one wants it and it is making me think about deleting the app. It’s a good app but it’s unlike any other app in the world where it forces you to turn your location always

BEWARE !!!! Not acceptable privacy violation ...
Review date 19.10.2021 … BEWARE !!!!! I have been using Drivu for a long time and made 100+ of orders , but sadly the app not respecting privacy , I received message from Apple TODAY the app have used my location 10 times in the last 3 days while it’s closed. They are not allowing you to order when you set location “while using the app” , it has to be ALWAYS . This is not acceptable to me and I will make friends who I referred know about this and uninstall the app. Sorry I don’t want your accuracy to tell me there’s coffee near by while I never asked for it . I will never use the app unless you accept to see my location only while using the app. BEWARE !!!

Haven’t got a free coffee after 10 stamps, it took me probably 30 stamps for 1 free coffee
Annoying advertising
يغثك بالاعلانات من خلال ال notifications. و نحن مشغلين هالخاصية عشان بس يخبرنا عن الطلبات اللي حاطينها . غير جي الابلكيشن زين. و كل ما تبند الnotifications و تبا تطلب يمنع عنك الطلب لين ترد تفتحه و يرجع يغثك بالإعلانات 😂 ماشي فجه !
Location access
Dear owner & developers, Myself, I don’t want to keep my location is accessible to drivu always 24/7 even if I’m not using the app. This is to be under consideration and to work on. خلوه في حال استخدام الابلكيشن، ما ينفع اما تخليه دوم اللوكيشن مفتوح لنا والا ما بنخليك تطلب .. هذا من عيوب الابلكيشن اتمنى تشتغلون عليه ... وشكراً.
The best application for Coffee
It was very fast, no hanging and you can’t track everything
Worst app ever!!
The map is not friendly at all, there is no way to track when you order will be ready and no way to contact the place to check where they are. Faster is just to park get your things instead of using this app.

If u want to use the app you have to have it running in the background having your location at all times .... and if you forget to change it to never it will keep burning in ur battery and data

No Customer Service/Help Function
Ordered through the app, they punched in the order and deducted from my account meanwhile no one was actually there to hand me my order. No customer support button to file a complaint.
Map search
The search on the Map is not friendly at all, i cant search to check what’s available on my route for example, i don't want sometimes to see what’s around me only and how far is it. Kindly try to fix this.
Great Idea but needs improvement
The app is very useful and it could improve to be one of the best in apps in the region. Here’s my take on it & how to improve: - The UI & UX is very bad and buggy - The map misses the side of the street I’m driving in most of the time - The card payment method requires saving my Credit Card information in the app; which is a risk I’m not willing to take Steps of improvement: • A complete redesign of the app, while considering Apple’s design frameworks for iOS12 & iOS13 • Solving the map issues: by completely integrating with Maps if possible • Integrating safer payment methods: Pay & PayPal All the best~

Add cancel order while in waiting for accept the order, sometimes there are some restaurants keep us waiting for so long to accept our order.

Many of bad things about this app: 1- no privacy because the app force you to enable location “Always” 2- even if you disable notifications it will still shiw up 3-There is no option to cancel order
Suggestion
I would like to suggest adding car plate number option . And when placing the order we write or choose the car plate number we are coming from. I’m not always using my car so this will help a lot !

I like the concept but it seams to be only available in Dubai? If I am wrong please let me know how to get it to work in the Boston Region

Forced notifications & ads
With the new update they basically force you to turn on notifications & bombard you with ads. YOU CANT DO THAT!
Not connecting to my data
The application doesn’t connect or work on my data .. only on wifi which is not convenient plus , it doesn’t show in my cellular settings for me to manually turn it on!
