The app is better than before so much better
Terrible cumbersome experience
For the third time they cannot update my account to show that I do have on deposit the empty bottles. The experience that is supposed to be easy turns into a problem every time

Empty Bottle Return Option Not Working
The app has an issue with empty bottle returns. We currently have 2 empty Mai Dubai bottles and wanted to place a repeat order for 2 bottles, but the app does not allow us to select or add the 2 empty bottles for exchange. This makes the repeat-order process difficult and may result in incorrect deposit charges. Please fix the empty bottle balance/return option in the app and make it easier for customers to exchange bottles while placing a new order.
Modifications/Customer Service
It could be a great app if customer have the access to modify account and verification if there is any changes in the accounts details of customer. (Like the address or Name) Secondly, the options of on point changes should have otp to the consumer account to avoid back to back call to customer service center then the customer is left hanging on the solution. The address of one account should be flexible on availing paper coupons or E coupons. Overall, consuming the mai dubai products is at good cost. But app and customer service should be enhanced based on market needs.

I am very satisfied with Mai Dubai water and their excellent customer service. The water quality is always fresh, clean, and consistent. Deliveries are always on time, and the staff are professional, polite, and helpful. Their customer support team responds quickly and makes the entire process smooth and convenient. Highly recommended for both home and office water delivery services in the UAE.
Unstable, Always logs off and not reliable.
Whenever the developer updates the app, they seem to ruin something… This time I was unable to proceed with payment… just stays stuck… uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still same issue

Can’t manage delivery addresses and move 5gallon bottles. Worse yet after 2 contact center calls they say the change is done on their end but app still showing old information so can’t order water to new address.
Best Tasting Sparkling Water
The app is super easy to use and sparkling water in glass bottles are the best.
Payment always fails
Payment never goes through and if you get as far as using Apple Pay they charge you in Euros!!! Trying to process the payment now for hours. An absolute waste of time!

There is payment issue had to try couple of times to place order plus it takes ages to load the order page.
Not User Friendly
I am trying to order the coupons so I can be delivered weekly and only pay one time for the coupon book. Cannot find the place to order it. Only the single 5 gallon water. If I go to orders and click on re-order, when I try to pay, it says the item is not active. How do I order another coupon book for water delivery?
Worst app ever
Can’t register. After 2 weeks I finally got an OTP and then the app freezes. Will switch to more professional supplier.

Poor application quality
A lot of small annoying things making overall experience awful. Developer, please, hire an expensive QA team, they will report with all bugs and UI/UX problems.

Everything takes forever to load it’s maddening, feels like I have to make an all day plan just to order something

Order came next day and I was happy with it. I was more happy when someone called me to check if everything was fine or I have a concern or a remark. I’m happy to state that this company is eager to hear customers opinions and do whatever changes necessary to satisfy them.
Waste of time
Cannot place order because app will not allow me to select how many empty bottles I have and wants to charge as if I don’t have empties . What a waste of time registering for this app is !! Will just continue calling our delivery guy like we have done for years.

It’s ridiculous that I have to contact Mai Dubai to update shipping information. I should be able to do this inside the app on my own.
Easy to use
We just arrived in Dubai and managed to set up water delivery in less that 48 hours. I got great assistance from Mai Dubai team when I needed help. Even the delivery guy left his phone number for better coordination with the delivery when I was not home.
Can’t even register or find support
Trying to register is impossible—since I’ve been using Mai Dubai delivery services for a few months, the app won’t let me use my phone number to sign up! I just want to be able to pay in some way other than cash
No schedule, price not inclusive
I can’t see when my order is coming. Also the 5% should really be already included in the price.
