Best online store to order fresh products.. delivery is on time
The products are great but the app needs to improve
Information about the products is often missing- the weight of produce or ingredients. The app is slow. Adding 6 items takes at least a minute, because the app loads after each added item for at least 10 seconds, which is sooooo annoying! And if you rush and add something else before the loading finished then you can’t add new products at all. These bugs are around for a year already and are not being fixed, which is a shame- because I much prefer ordering fresh fruits and veggies from Barakat. Whoever is developing the app needs to step it up a notch, or a lot of clients will leave to faster and better organised apps.

The fruits and vegetables are low quality after your first order
Overall their services and their app is good and easily accessible. In my first order the fruits and the vegetables that I ordered were good, fresh, and high quality. However, after the first order, the quality of the ordered stuff became much worse. Like 5% of the grapes that I ordered were rotten. This surely does not apply to everything but it is a thing to keep in mind when ordering for the second time. Very disappointed.

Flopshop for ordering vegetables
I have placed an order for an item 3 times and after getting confirmation from call center team. Unfortunately 1st time order deliver with a prior notice of not availability, 2nd time after placing the order with confirmation call center agent of availability and as soon as order raised, item went out of stock, 3rd time for the same item, order was delivery but the one of article went out of stock and no prior notification or information was confirmed. Call Agent was not helpful at all and requested to have a call from senior team, which she promised and until today I haven’t got response from them. Service became worst from the my previous experience and will not use the app to order again.

غالي عالفاضيً.. توصيل ١٠ درهم ! وتوصل الكيكة مكشوفة والغطا مكشوف ولما تطلب استرجاع مبلغ يحكو بنحط المبلغ نقاط بعدين تكتشف ان سياستهم لاستخدام النقاط سيئة جداً وتدفع اضعاف مضاعفة

Barakat App is finally here, been a customer for a while and all I wanted was a user friendly app, and I got it. You can access your account if you are a returning customer easily. You can view all the categories, and inside there are subcategories. It is fast to browse and you can choose to pay with card, cash on delivery or card on delivery.
