Top Notch groceries app
amazing customer service and amazing fast delivery. they are very helpful and always keen to resolve and satisfy the customer needs. i would recommend this app for anyone who wants to order groceries that will arrive in no time.
Order never been delivered, but in the app status updated to delivered
Unfortunately the online chat staff didn’t want to cancel the order and process a refund, I got scammed by the application.

Delivery is always late and you never know when you will receive the order. Delivery has NEVER been on time and always SEVERAL hours late. Now that Eataly is no longer on el Grocer I can finally delete the app!!!
App Performance and Customer Service
Bad performance and bad service that puts the customer in an inconvenient place.
Never arrives during allotted time..
The app never updates to say when the driver is en route and the driver never shows up on time. 🤷🏼♀️ Almost to the point where I will no longer use your service.
On time delivery
Order was delivered on time I was notified that some items were not available but I couldn't really understand how to see which items they were not going to fulfill. Nevertheless I got most of the items and everything was delivered on the date and time slot I choose.

Calling your customer buddy or friend is unprofessional. The whole conversation was very unprofessional.. the team needs training.

Very bad experience.
The most bad experience I tried ever, I ask to deliver my items between 7-10 they call me 11:30 pm to check the location , I ask to make it next day because it was sleeping time , next day they side you will receive your order between 3-4 and in the end they told me your order canceled and we can’t deliver it any more.
Credits hold to a bank.
App was good but i dont like the system of holding a balance to your atm/credit card... because holding a balnce means takes time to return to your card by 1 week to 3weeks sometimes either by elgrocer or thru your bank.. because im register in so many shopping app and so far this is the only app that i encounter a holding a balance to a card... so i will its up to you if you want to use this or not.. and for me this is definitely big NO..

Bad experience
Many times - Items not available do you replace it with higher price items -Ordering and keep waiting for confirmation for ever or you have to contact support - placing order and waiting for confirmation then contacting support to confirm after that you get to replace items and wait again for delivery The app mentioned 60 min I waited for 3 hours and the order never showed up. This on the service side On App technical its another story and headache Will delete the app and never use it again

Love the ease at which I can order what I need and get it delivered to my door!
3 of 4 times, order items not available and require replacement
3 of 4 times, ordered items not available and require replacement or price increase! So what's the point of ordering in this platform? Consumers could order competitor online portals and apps directly and didn't find any advantage of using this platform.
Needs Major Adjustments!
What i dont like: 1. VAT is not inclusive in the price, annoying to see a bigger amount at the end. 2. Noticed that almost every item is 5-10% more expensive than in the super market. 3. The delivery fee is 3x more than the competition app. 4. The interface is dull and browsing items is not so intuitive. You guys really need to push further if you want to retain customers, I currently feel deceived and giving my honest opinion, don’t think i’ll use you again.

Not user friendly
1st time I had a very good experience with this app... 2nd time again I ordered and kept waiting for delivery but I got a call after 3hours that product is not available. My question is that why they could not call me earliest possible about non availability? As I wasted long time to wait for delivery... If the product is not available why it can be ordered ... ??? So it’s always risky to order and wait ... they may deliver or may call after 2-3 hours that’s it’s not available so better find another option .
A must-have in Dubai!

Dishonest service
I was quite happy with the app and the experience given the circumstances. But in my last order, the driver did not bring me my items correctly and I paid for them. The customer service team kept stringing me along and never replaced the items I didn’t receive. Not worth it to be honest as it seems they are dishonest and do not value the individual as a customer:
