دفعت اوردر بالكرت وخصم مني فلوس الاورد كان مفرود يوصل في نص ساعه اتاخر اربع ساعات وبعدين كتبلي الاورد تم استالمه وانا مستلمتش حاجه وبحاول اوصلهم او اكلمهم يحلو مشكله مفيش اي حد معبرني

Nice and easy to use
Poor connection to customer service
Whenever I have a problem with my received order I have a hard time getting real customer support and 70% of the time the issue is unresolved. If you are serious about serving the Egyptian customers then do it right!

The worst customer service in Egypt could lead to you losing your financial rights to a refund or order, with a complete lack of customer care, unlike customer service in the UAE.
Need to be faster
every order takes so long! so much slower than talabat! need to work on that.
Improve your customer support
Good app with poor customer support, if you encounter a problem with your order it takes more than an hour to be able to reach to customer support
Used to work fine
Worked great last year but since we came back to the UAE after summer it just keeps playing up. I get the replacement call and the message flashes up on my screen but the app won’t open so I have no way of checking what isn’t coming or have any chance to replace. Really frustrating, have started shopping via Careem instead. App won’t open some days. Deleted and reinstalled, still same problem.

Wish it was easy to view pending orders
I’ve been using it in Egypt for a couple years and overall, I find the app easy and very convenient The only thing I don’t like is after you’ve made an order you can’t really check on it until the store indicates that it started preparing it For Delivery so if I can’t remember whether or not, I’ve ordered something. I have to wait till the order is available to see again to see if it’s there.
Persistent Checkout/Payment Failures on Instashop
I really appreciate the range of shopping options this app offers it’s genuinely useful. However, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue at checkout that’s made the app effectively unusable for completing purchases. Specifically, Apple Pay consistently declines, even though my account has sufficient funds, and credit card payments also fail to process. Importantly, this issue is isolated to Instashop as both payment methods work fine on every other app and platform I use. This strongly suggests the problem lies with Instashop’s payment processing system rather than my bank, card, or device. This has been ongoing for an extended period, not a one-off glitch, and it’s preventing me from completing any purchases
Needs Better Keyboard Compatibility
The app works kinda well, but it struggles with third-party keyboards. Please improve compatibility so all keyboards can be used smoothly, not just the default one.

Every time I face an issue and I reach customer service and they don’t offer any solutions , and the delivery men are so freaking rude and literally yell at u when u don’t open the door or mark it as delivered when nothing reach me !! At all ! And when I call them they block me !!! Or the shop send wrong stuff without asking me permission and when I complain nothing happens !! WORST APP EVER !!

Tip stolen form the courier
Dear instashop, how come the courier only received 2,36 AED tip on the 5 I sent him? Who takes the rest of it and on what right? If you offer me to send a tip to a courier you guarantee he receives it full, you don’t take the bigger part of it for now reason, it’s called stealing! Please solve it.

My Go-To App for Groceries and More

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
INSTASHOP IS A SCAM!!! how can you cancel my order without even CALLING or informing me???? really unprofessional and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! i had a voucher and after i used it they cancelled my order FOR NO REASON!!
Convenient but most things are out of stock
It's convenient to have things delivered so quickly and not have to go out. However, the inventory system is a bit hit or miss with many items that aren't available. This becomes even more of a hassle when they charge even before checking to see if the items are in stock and have to give refunds. The "replacement" feature is often not a good solution as those items are out of stock as well so will just be removed. Consequently, left with an order with missing products as it's then too late to add any items. It is great though when the preparer takes the time to call to offer solutions. Those are the superstars.

Don’t Expect a Full Refund
Be aware that the maximum refund they offer is EGP 200. If something goes wrong and you’re owed more than that, don’t expect to be fully compensated. Also, refunds are issued as Instapoints, not as a cash refund, so you’re forced to spend the money in the app again. I’ve spent the past week trying to get a refund for extra items that were delivered with my order and charged to me, even though I never ordered them. Despite providing all the evidence they could possibly need, they only offered a partial refund that was less than what I was owed, claiming it was “company policy.” Their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. You can’t speak to someone directly. You have to file a complaint and then wait. Hours later, they may send a notification or call you once at a completely random time. If you miss that one call, you’re expected to file a new complaint and start over. Even worse, complaints are often marked as “resolved” without any explanation or actual resolution. They also never responded to my emails. Things can go wrong with any delivery app: missing items, damaged items, incorrect charges, late deliveries, or in my case, being charged for items you never ordered. What separates a good service from a bad one is how it handles those problems. In my experience, Instashop completely fails when it comes to responsive, effective customer support. I won’t be using that app again.

Disappointing to order items that are showing available but actually were not. Followed by receiving Avocado's that came ripe but were ordered firm. Customer service very efficient and helpful though(Ahmad)

Complex billing and price procedure
Orders include deliver charges. It is unable for a layman to understand their billing process. I prefer noon daily. Only problem with noon is delivery time.
Needs improvement

Fraudulent operations
sometimes after ordering, the shop asks you to exchange certain items since they don’t have it, yet if you cancel the order, you don’t receive your money back. they take your money anyway. so beware of that low life theft done by this app. thank you.

Irritating App Updates
Set the app to update in the background??? It NEVER does. Anything time you need to use the app then you have to wait for the app to update. Great app for delivery, but backend updates drive me mad.
Not consumer friendly enough
Instashop is a great app but as a consumer there are 2 large main problems that you really need to work on innovating * When searching for products it shows all the shops that have the item in stock , yet zero pricing In order to price compare you have to go into each shop back up and repeat which is extremely time consuming . Prices should show to make it. Ore user friendly . * It’s the same stores over and over again that have products listed that are not ever in stock. I have placed multiple orders with spinneys and waitrose and the item is not in stock sometimes 4 days running. On the 4th day of the item being removed it’s very frustrated . Partners should do more to update their availability and remove discontinued items.
Very good service
A useful app! Even if the retailers have not been great, InstaShop is really good at trying to rectify the situations and ensure that the same doesn’t happen again. They want to make sure that the retailers they have in board are reliable and that customers are satisfied. Really like IS!
Save the App in Egypt
I use the app in Egypt and orders are late most of the time. When I do ask for a representative to call me due to an issue. Either nobody calls, or I get called 5 hours later i receive a message the problem has been resolved when nobody called in the first place to understand the issue! It was perfect when I used it in the UAE honestly. In Egypt, it’s like nobody cares!

Very quick to download, sign up and order. Options to order ASAP (my earliest was 2 hours from order placement) or choose a 1-hour delivery window for a 1-time order or repeating, scheduled orders. No minimum for delivery, but very small delivery charge (2 Dh for Dubai.) Receipt sent via SMS prior to delivery with a reminder of delivery time. Will definitely use regularly and recommend to friends.
Never have all the items
I have placed several orders and they rarely, if ever, had all the items available. Kept giving them a chance and gave the feedback but I got tired of never getting what I needed. If the product is listed, you should be able to receive it.

I regularly order from Instashop and really like your services. Would appreciate if you can have some discounts or instapoints added based on shopping so that it motivates more.
