App barely works
New update makes it Very difficult if not impossible to search for items. Leaves you in a never ending scroll with no search results resulting for basic items. Love KIBSONS but their app is actually what prevents me from using them anymore, I can’t add anything to my basket!
DON’T USE THE OPTION FOR ADDING THINGS
Important - Don’t use the option for adding things onto the same order (even if just a few minutes later after you checked out), because they will charge shipping again! It doesn’t make any sense, but every time you add something to the same order, they charge extra shipping, even if they are all delivered together. So if you forgot one small item, it’s not worth it. Just buy somewhere else then, with free shipping. Other than that, I’m happy with the overall experience.
Lagging
What is the problem with making a decent app? For almost six months now, it has been constantly lagging. Sometimes sections don’t load, sometimes it doesn’t let me select an address, and overall, it’s practically impossible to use. How can you not see these issues yourselves? This isn’t just happening to me either — several of my friends with iPhones are experiencing exactly the same problems. The funniest part is that you keep releasing updates for the app, but the basic functions still don’t work properly. It’s honestly frustrating that these issues have been going on for so long without being properly fixed.

Every time i open the app and it requires update. Also very often crashes. I m using iphone and have no problem with other apps

Will not regret
I LAUV everything ON this app the prices to food ratio is realistic unlike most groceries - there is just two things that stopped me from giving them 5 stars 1 . I live in AUH , so delivery is next day from Dubai ( looking forward to the 2nd branch ) 2. The new update has A LOT of bugs and the app is lagging MAJORLY it took me 45 mins to order 3 things and checkout . All in All STROOOONGLY recommended To whoever is in charge and to he/she that created Kibsons you are magnificent ( kudos to you )

Don't expect to receive fresh vegetables, milk, or fresh bread. They choose items nearing their expiration date and send them. I've complained many times, and they apologize and repeat the same process. I absolutely do not recommend buying anything fresh from them; they only deceive you into thinking it's fresh.

Been a customer for over 8 years, lately the app updates have been horrible and have switched me to other delivery apps.

Severe Overheating Issue – Needs Urgent Fix
The Kibsons app causes my iphone 16 pro to heat up significantly after just a short time of use. I’m not sure what’s causing this issue, but it’s quite concerning. I hope the developers can look into this and fix it as soon as possible.

Why so many forced updates?
I love Kibsons and I like this app, but why are there so many forced updates to the app? I feel like half the time I open the app, I am forced to wait and update in order to use it. And I’m starting to get suspicious and wonder what exactly it is installing on my phone…..

Quality has gone down awfully
My recent purchases always turn out with either spoiled or completely raw items. Unfortunately they seem to get away with it, as no one has time to select their needs on picking items and then sitting down again on the app to make complaints etc. i got spoiled celery and raw tomatoes and funny enough when complained apart from picture, email etc they asked me we will refund but you have to return the spoiled items 😅 they are unbelievably out of customer service. We are done with kibsons

Customer service is lacking
Customer service could be a lot more helpful, reliable and friendly. I’ve been a loyal customer and it’s around the 8th time that customer service has made a mistake and hasn’t bothered to offer any compensation or apology. They only ask that the customer proves that she/he didn’t receive the order, or to be home the next day to receive the missing items- how odd.
App needs review by an independent team
The app has so many redundancies and senseless design. A few bugs too. Should be modernized and simplified. The delivery service and product selection are great though.

Sometimes you will not get what you ordered and they will not refund your money Also sometimes they will send you bad fruit and bad vegetables ,I’m done with them

Great Service Bad App
Amazing service but they need more work on improving the App. You cant do any filters in the search and they don't provide actual pictures of the products even though some are branded vegetables. Also I did not get any notification to inform me on the time the products will be delivered. App dose not support Multitasking if you decide to use another app for more than 5 seconds the app reset and you lose what you were looking at.

Apple ID sign in is broken
Registered using Apple ID. When I log in with Apple ID it takes me to the register page again which says I already have an account. So no way to sign in. Also can’t create another account because an account already exists. Did you even test the Sign In with Apple ID function at all?

Pathetic Quality delivered
So I ordered the vegetables from Kibsons since I read good reviews but sadly I’m so disappointed with the quality I received . It’s so mean that they deliver this type of quality in full confidence . I am sure even if the manager of kibsons will not use what is delivered to my place Baby corn - spoilt Beans - over riped Coriander leaves - dead ones Beetroot - soft quality can’t consume cause it’s not good Cauliflower - 🤦🏽♀️ Mushroom - dead Ladies finger - infected with worms so obvious it isn’t fresh Apple - ok Tell me how do I use these type of items ?
