Failure to deliver food without compensation
If you’re in Saudi, the market is full of subscription services that treat the customer much much better than this. I subscribed for a week to try it out, the courier arrived at my work location before 6am. No entity opens its door that time, especially in Saudi, most private and government entity start 8-9. The courier arrived before 6, it was closed. He refused to come back later, the order was cancelled, no refund or extra day was provided. I had to change the location to my home, to arrive two days later in the evening. Of course i contacted customer service (Marah) whoever that is. She says its my fault as the time to deliver is 5-8am. Fortunately in Saudi, we have a lot of other subscription services, so we’re in no need of this.

very disappointed
I ordered a meal plan last week and spent some time putting my meal together and the dishes looked really delicious. I have been waiting for my meal to be delivered and I have been trying to get in contact through the support app but no answer. I finally find the number for the hotline and I was told that my meals can’t be delivered and it takes up to 8 to 14 days for a refund. I don’t understand. Luckily, I was told I will get the entire refund, but I’m still very disappointed and I wish I could write a better review.
Inconsistent
Unfortunately the app is inconsistent. Sometimes it activates on opening so you can see your plan, sometimes it does nothing as if you do not have a subscription. It has no option to log in or log out - it just needs to activate itself and check your mobile. 50 per cent of the time it fails.

اشتركت معاهم و لغيت الطلب و لما لغيته لي ثلاث شهور وربي البيت وانا كل يوم اكلمهم عشان يرجعون فلوسي وكل يوم يقولو بنرفع لك بنرفع لك و لما اسالهم ما انرفع من قبل يقولو لا و كل يوم يكلمني واحد ولا الاداره راضيه تتواصل معاي و وربي كل يوم اكلمهم عشان يرجعون فلوسي ولا هما راضييين
Not punctual at all!
Extremely upset as they either arrive at the last minute of the 3 hour window or after that. It’s only the 6th day and they’ve been late 3 times alrwady! Once arrived 45minutes late!
Honest review
I got the 40 Day package for lunch. The good: They delivered consistently everyday except for one day due to the floods. The packaging is nice, NO cutlery however, napkins, everything is clean and overall I have to say that it’s very reliable and safe food. The bad: I have to take away a star because I find the food to be more than often quite dull and taste wise, uninspiring… Some foods were yummy, that’s true, however just like subway, no matter what you get, it all tastes the same. I also have to remove a star for the proportions, often the proportions were very small and barely enough to feed your average person.(I got the 1st calorie option)

Terrible customer service
Please check the reviews of this company before thinking of using them. The food is nice but the service is awful. They do not reply to customers and have absolutely no care about any customer issues. Do not recommend them at all
لا يوجد مراعاة للوقت
رغم لذاذة الأكل الا اني اعاني من مشكله مع المناديب ، يتصلون عليك الساعه 6 الصبح طيب قدر ان وراي دوام خل وقت التوصيل متأخر دام اصلاً الوجبه غداء وعشاء !!

اشتركت اسبوع اجرب ، ما اكرر التجربه لان فيه بديل افضل منهم ،قسم المساعده بطيئين جدا في الرد وما خدموني يوم ارسلت لهم ، حاولت ارسل اكثر من مره وردهم بطئ جدا لدرجة اطلع وارجع للتطبيق كل شوي اقول يمكن معلق ومافيه فايده ، كمية البروتين في وجبات خطة نزول الوزن اللي اخترتها مره قليل تقريبا اعلى كميه تقريبا اعلى كميه شفتها هي ١٥ جرام في الفطور ، ووجبة الغداء تقريبا ٢١ اعلى كميه شفتها ، وهذا الشي ما يخدمني ابد في نزول الوزن ، اوقات التوصيل محددينها هم وما اقدر اغير ، لو حبيت اعدل على الوجبات لازم قبل ب٤٨ س وكذلك التعديلات الاخرى مثل موقع التوصيل،

Today I was supposed to receive the meal, but I did not receive anything. Communication with you is not good. I received the amount, but there was no response. Thank God, the experiment was for one day, not a month. It is a failed experiment, and I will inform everyone who subscribes with you.

Worse delivery service ever
They missed up my delivery, they don’t do delivery in Friday instead they deliver the meals on Saturday morning however I never received my Saturday meals ever I tried to contact them multiple times and no one has answered or even bothered to respond back

tbh it’s ok my mom liked it i didn’t like it too much , the portions are quite small so i could also make a 300 calorie fresh meal maybe even with a bigger portion , it’s good if u can’t cook and aren’t picky

Terrible UX and after sales support
I just wasted SR 180 riyals. I’ve been trying to get in touch with anyone for the last 2 days. Upon trying to pay for the 1 day trial to set my meal preferences. I got error messages . I tired again, same message. So I get confirmation from my bank that the transactions went through. When I got back to app to choose my meals, nothing appears. 24 hours later I get the invoice from you guys. I request to cancel my order since I got the error messages and I can’t choose my meal preference . This morning I get an sms that my meal is delivered. I am not eating any gluten and I’m on a high protein , high fat diet. Now I don’t know what you sent but I can’t eat it. Please come collect your food, cancel my subscription and reverse the transaction . What you sent I cannot eat .

الاكل مو سيئ.. يعني في أشياء لذيذة واشياء لأ الدجاج واللحم دايم ناشف (يبيلة زيادة طبخ) مااحسهم مره دقيقين بالوزن.. التوصيل عندهم سئ.. يعني عادي يخلي لكم الأكل برا ويروح وفي أصناف حساسه للحراره
