The app is quite slow unfortunately and as the service of OFC is not the best, it would be good to have the contact details of th branch delivering, In the „my order“ section.

Big glitches on the app when you edit order
Order delivered twice. Realised whenever I edit the order, something goes wrong. Most recently I had the original order delivered - plus the amended order, ie order was delivered twice. And you will be charged double without approving the payment. This is a big problem, as it just gets debited from your card. I will be try to delete my card payment details for this very reason.

There is no place to write any notes or instructions
Not the best shopping experience
When you go back to mainpage, it takes time to be able to open another category. Changing quantities or deleting items from the cart takes time and most of the time it changes another item instead. Not all items are available on the app. Not able to earn loyalty points via the app. Not happy with the online shopping with this company.

You have to insert the exact words to get the right results. And that can be very frustrating. The app is super slow and takes time to load everything.

Ordered online as it was same day delivery, only half the order came, I called and they said the driver forgot so will come the next day, nobody came, u called again, and items were delivered , but items still missing and now I can get in touch with anyone as the phone line is busy! Not worth it
Functionality needs improvement.
Overall, its okay. I used the app if I missed to buy something from the store. The app should be able to detect if items is not available, right now you would know that if you clicked the checkout button and you have to go back. It should also, pick up the loyalty card number based on the username and/or password. The fresh ingredients should be good when the store delivered it, hence I prefer to go in person because the price is not cheap. The experience of receiving the fresh ingredients especially fruits and vegetables is often have bruises and soft like apples. Hence, I opt not to buy fresh fruits and vegetables online.
Too many notifications.
Way too many notifications, and no in-app option to limit them.
Great but…
Products and pricing are great but the app has a silly ad that pops up a hundred times while shopping. So it gets in the way of my actions and takes me to alternative pages while I’m trying to check out…annoying, especially since I already browsed the linked ad section and chose from it. Not intuitive.
Delivery time is horrible more than 6 hours for just 15 mins away
I will never ever order online for such a expensive food. Hate the online delivery services. Delivery team Has No apologies, no compensation, no regrets I feel like they paid money to this rating.
Extremely glitchy
The app is not functioning well at all. Once you try to check out it gives you an error but the order goes through without you knowing. There is no place to cancel the order if an error was made. There is no way to get in touch with the team to get help.

Whats the point to have a sale order the items you want to buy to be told on checkout OUT OF STOCK Why not say its out of stock in the first place. Very frustrating as you delete one item to then be told another item is not in stock? Pluse the app is not compatible with Iphone password saving feature. Annoying experience

Got stuck in a loop on the Loyalty log in page. When you click on ‘Already a member Login’ it sends you to create a new account. If you try to create a new account it tells you that you are already a member. Why do you need a separate login for the loyalty account anyway? Other problems too.

Many a times items online are not there but when we go to the store, they are available in plenty

Better to show recommendations based on the history of the old purchases. Makes it easier since we usually buy the same products

utter garbage app, complained many times politely with specific points nothing changes. Not listening is a lesson in how to kill your own brand slowly that you won’t notice until it’s to late.
Useless app that doesn’t work!
This app is broken. The first page asks you to choose your country, but the country drop down menu is empty, there is no country listed that you can choose and the app doesn’t have option to enter the country manually. Without choosing your country the app doesn’t allow you to move forward, it gets stuck on the “choose your country” page. This is a classical example of a business that has no clue how to manage and survive a situation. At a time where the country is going into lockdown and business are promoting their online channels, this retailer manages to release an app that doesn’t work. Good luck with your business in the coming few weeks as the lockdown continues !!

It seems this app gets worse with each update instead of better. Wanted to checkout but the page is stuck and loading endlessly. Will buy from somewhere else. And you should seriously find a new app developer if this continues

My info has been taken in-store twice- but I never received a confirmation or a card. Recently registered AGAIN, but received no email or link to register online. Tried registering as a new customer- but my phone number is associated with another account! Then tried registering with my email and using Forgot Password option- it doesn’t recognize my email!
