Cannot order, cannot pay
The old app worked perfectly. Now it forgot my logon credentials, after I added my phone number it said I cannot pay without registration but I cannot register as my phone and email already do exist. Who developed this unusable app???

Year is 2020 but I could not place my order online bcz of several problems with app.

Not good experience
Order was late one day. One item was missing. I was not notified of the delivery and the coconut milk went bad from being under the sun in front of my door. The two stars for the water and facial tissues which I like.

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled I should have the ability to cancel my order if I want to
Ordered and no body arrived Butβ¦
I ordered a week ago and it said delivery on Monday, they did not deliver or call did not even reply on app live chat. Edit: customer relations contacted me and they did an amazing job, not only that but they provided me with free bottles and a thoughtful gift to make up for the confusion that happened.. hats off for the team,
Unreliable App
As a long-time consumer and user of home-delivery from Masafi I am frustrated by the problems we have every time they update or supposedly improve their app. Maybe they just need to pay a proper app developer to sort out the bugs? The online store is no better either. Usually after spending too much time on both the aforementioned ordering methods, I give up and order water over the phone...the good old fashioned way!
This app needs to be fixed
Everytime I order using credit card , It deducts the amount but the order does not go through their system and you cant edit or cancel, I have to call and send many emails to get my credit back !!
Much improved
As against original version it is now much improved and you can easily top up and place order. Would have given 4 star if i hadn't faced an issue this morning. Although payment was complete App was still showing in progress. Had to close and reopen App. Similarly when trying to place order for amount higher than bit cash balance of account, same thing. Better to show bit cash balance along side order and stop from proceeding. Keep improving!

Useless
You place your order through the app for water and it gets cancelled, and you donβt get an explanation why nor do you get your water. Ive spent more time on the phone with customer care following up on my cancelled orders then I spent using that app and getting my water successfully. Having an app like this is meant to make your water delivery more seamless, this app does not do that. Donβt waste your time...
They keep cancelling the order!
You have to refill the app with bit cash. The cash on delivery option is non existent. Whenever I order for water using the app, they cancel the order coz delivery to the area that I live in takes places only once a week. I basically donβt get the water when I want it and I have to revert to heading to the grocery and picking it up myself. Would have been a better app to use if only they worked on tying up these loose ends π π»ββοΈ

Terrible, horrible, stay away!
The application is horrible, itβs super slow and times out a lot. I had this company for about 6 months and Iβm cancelling after this order. They constantly cancel my order and donβt tell me why, they spam me with text messages, and they are constantly running out of water so I have to go weeks without what I want. Donβt waste your time with this company or application.
The latest update is bad
Unable to recharge and when I did recharge the bitcash (500 aed) its not getting updated and I cannot order water.

Good app poor service
The app in itself is very good ! Itβs very easy to order, check your payment history etc. However the Masafi service is very poor : it seems people donβt access the app at all: they forget your orders all the time ! And itβs not clear on when the delivery will actually be in your area! So at the end you always need to call them to confirm the order (hence making the app completely useless).

I am having difficulty time registering as a new customer. The Landmark field will not populate. I guess the only way is customer service like everyone else. Not good rating for this application. One extra useless for the rating.
