Recommend App
Amazing App! Easy to use with lot of options around Dubai. Cashback option is another reason to love this app.
Terrible app
This app is terrible. I’ve used it half a dozen times, over half now they’ve cancelled the orders 10 minutes later. So the restaurant accepts the order, they take the money from your bank, then 10 minutes later call to say there’s no delivery guys. Surely they should know that before they accept your order? But then it takes weeks to get your money back! Disgusting app, avoid.
Works as advertised
Easy and troublefree
Discount is wrong
Says that you get 50% discount but is capped at giving you only 15aed off. So for the true 50% you can only spend 30Aed. You cant tip the drivers either so make sure you always have cash for the drivers if youre buying from here

Delivery order for today
My order was not delivered after I made online payment. It was cancelled and nobody picked up the phone or got back. Hope you will refund my money.
Seems ok
App is functional but can only use it for UAE and has some UI glitches. Needs some polish.
Very slow communication.
They don’t solve your issue and not professional like talabat and the others
Great app
Delivery is always on time, seem to have some good deals different to the ones which can be found on other delivery apps.
Almost 3 hours to deliver food. Customer service no help
Ordered food on app, it said it would take 50mins. Almost 3 hours later, Talking to restaurant and eat easy customer service, food finally arrived. Eat easy wouldn’t cancel despite restaurant saying the delivery was too far at 55km. They charged me full price plus delivery. But eat easy could only give apologies, and kept asking me to ring restaurant. I was ringing restaurant (Biryanis and more). and chatting with eat easy. The support provided by eat east had no value. Was better if I had rang restaurant directly before ordering food to check whether they can deliver to my location. Restaurant (Biryani’s and more) was more helpful than eat easy app. The in app customer service couldn’t even automatically check my last order, instead I had to tell them a long order number. All in all worst app I’ve ever used. Gives false info on delivery times and customer service just offers apologies- doesn’t fix issues for customers. A family with kids waiting 3 hours for an order? Lesson learnt for me, whether family are tired or not, never use this app! Instead contact restaurant directly or just go out!
Excellent
Great app. Filters for restaurants either cash, card online and card on delivery. Filters for open and closed too but that is not completely reliable. Sometimes places are open but closed only for ordering through app. Otherwise interface is smooth and intuitive. Menu selection is easy.
Haunted app
It downloaded onto my phone without my knowledge or concert. I says my email Is invalid and my number is invalid. So I can’t sign up. Total rubbish. no idea what app was supposed to do.
Excellent!
Very nice splash screen.
My order doesn’t appear
I made an order and i did not receive it
The app is very poor
It’s not user friendly at all like adding cards, selecting cards, no other payment options except cards.
Very good app
The app is really well designed simple to use and straight forward, not like other food apps. Have ordered many times and haven't faced an issue with it. I also like the fact that they send a text message as soon as the order is confirmed.
My order
I was sent a sms offering BESAFE with 50% promotion but could use please explain why
Good
It's a good app and handy for a quick take away requirement! Just takes a while to accumulate points towards meals, would be good if it was a point per dhs.
Cancelled order
Took more than 30 mins to inform us that our order had been cancelled.
Eateasily
This is the bees and ease, it does what it says on the tin, so easy to order any takeaway to be delivered to your apartment 😎🍱🌮🍕🍔🍜
Need improvement
Tired of the restaurants and app blaming each other. Shape up or shut down!
Fab!
Just what you need in the UAE! Super easy and reliable.
Useless
Terrible app. I have something in the basket from ages ago and there's no way to empty it. Each time I try to save a favourite restaurant the app closes and I need to start all over again. I previously tried to use this app and gave up - I now remember why!
Excellent
Works great 😊
Can't use
Can't even open it as continually crashing, sort it out!
