Convenient and Affordable Ride
Easy to use and convenient for short-distance travel. The bikes were in good condition and the app was simple to navigate. Affordable pricing and a smooth riding experience. Highly recommended!

Charged S$5 for a Bike I Couldn’t Even Use
Disappointing experience — charged S$5 for a bike I couldn’t even use I rented a bike today, but the stand wouldn’t fold, so I couldn’t move or ride the bike at all. I ended the trip after only around 2 minutes because the bike was unusable. Despite not actually being able to ride the bike, I was immediately charged S$5. When I contacted support, they asked me to report the damaged bike through the app and provide photos showing the bike, its number, and location. The problem is that I had already left the area and could no longer take those photos. I explained this to support, but they were not willing to help unless I provided the requested photos. It’s frustrating to be charged for a service I couldn’t use because of a faulty bike, and then be expected to return to the location to prove it. Very disappointing customer service and experience. I hope they improve their handling of faulty bikes and refund customers in situations like this.

Missing of parking QR code
There is always missing of parking QR code while in App shows there is a parking area

It was convenient and perfect to go around the city. However some of the bikes lights are not functioning during the night.

The bikes are in good condition, app is very convenient, support is also helpful when I had issues that needed troubleshooting
Hidden costs
Minimum amount to top up is 10S$ so even if you only need to pay 1S$, you need to top up 10S$ to even out your minus. Also recurring charges for the weekly pass are misleading and not a one-time charge as many people might assume.

They always anyhow charged discrimination parking although park at the designated area And need to take out own hassle to dispute just because of your system error and just to let you revert back to the original status I am a Anywheel user for more than three years and after the cycle finish I’m going to say goodbye to it and search for own bicycle much more better or there’s a lot other competition brand outside right now
