I gave up trying to buy an island pass...
Frustrating to use
The app is functional, but really poorly made. I don’t have a partially old phone (15 pro), yet everything takes ages to load, bunch of weird UI decisions and the app signs you out after inactivity. I don’t feel like the developers ever tried to use the app for real themselves.
Troublesome app
1. Can’t rebuy tickets from history 2. Can’t remember credit card information nor support Apple Pay when making payments 3. System autofill feature blocked 4. No search feature

Badly Done
Accidentally bought a Harry Potter child ticket because app didn’t highlight properly. No body able to assist me over entrance, over Sentosa physical counter and only asked me to visit website and just gave a cold answer by AI bot that no refund is eligible. Also bought 4 cable car tickets and realised cannot take from Mt Faber but the app didn’t indicate clearly during purchase it’s for within sentosa island only. I’m a local but it’s a shame that the app info is so poorly designed that lead to poor experience easily.
Poor User Experience
Purchased a stay advertised on app but was told by TinyAway Homes that they have no knowledge of Sentosa App points system. And that nothing could be done.
Convenient app
The MySentosa app works very smoothly. I’m especially impressed with the interactive map and the activity suggestions tailored for different age groups. This makes it easy for the whole family to choose activities and saves a lot of time searching.

Response so slow and no customer service
Beware of making online purchase thru app!
I am a new user to this app and I downloaded this as I am having a holiday on the island. Although it is convenient to explore all the activities and the many discount vouchers on the app, I am also unable to earn points while making online purchase on the app itself when I click the online booking at Scentopia page. Sentosa replied to me that this is due to me making a booking thru a 3rd party website and thus my purchase was not recognise to earn any point! So guys, watch out!
Useful app
The Sentosa app is very useful for visiting the island. Its interface is intuitive, information is easy to find, with updated event schedules, travel guides, and quick ticket booking. It truly makes the trip more convenient and complete.
Stupid app
Unable to get OTP and can’t even update anything in the app. Should have made it to send the OTP as a text to the mobile number.

Didn’t expect it to be this convenient! Easy to use, fast booking, clear information, and no hidden fees. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Very satisfied and will definitely use it again!
Cannot recognize outlets
Wrote emails about the app cannot recognizing outlets and no one followed up. Poor customer support with not functioning app

Limited use case
Can only buy next day oceanarium tickets. No points earned for oceanarium tickets bought on actual day in Sentosa. No points earned for dining and parking at RWS. No points earned for getting cable car pass which runs through Sentosa. Overall, participating outlets are truly limited.

Do you know the island itself not many are using it so this app is not that useful and the so called point exchange is so useless I have notice every point exchange you have to come out your own cash is so miserable for that hundred point. And also RWS has a wilder pool of store and why this card never go beyond RWS since is also in Sentosa . So is totally not attractive at all . If you want to use this app let make it to more participating outlet. And not restricted only to one corner of the island that only this app can be used
