Don’t rely on app and internet too much
We were at park and try to buy add-on. But it was super slow and difficult to match our pass with the record. Yes. Some of us idiots do not plan our trip in advance. So we had to use the app or the web browser to buy add-ons on the spot. The webpage couldn’t recognize information for wild pass we keyed in. So we had to go through everything again just to get the 10% discount. The pass had been stored on my wallet but the park does not have the gadget to scan and receive payment. We ended to go through the online purchase process to get tickets in the facility while it is scorching hot with screaming and crazy kids everywhere. I miss the caveman era when we just give paper in exchange for something!

Have to login everytime
App generally is fine but its weird why I always have to login in within the app, not once but twice. Tfitdt login always fail. This is a dedicated app and we should be logged in all the time or at least allow face ID to auto login.
Please Optimise your app
Whenever i wish to log in, i have to key in my email and key in the OTP sent to my email. One need to do it twice each time, unless there is some I am not getting it, that I am facing and others don’t. Also, please allow for individual members to be able to log in wjthout having to send OTP to my email each time.
It keeps logging out and Food ordering requires membership number
It doesn’t stay log in for a period of time. Quite troublesome to keep logging in through email. Does it have Face ID? And food ordering through app require membership numbers that you need to really go out of the food ordering page to check and then log in again. Really troublesome.

Great app, but…
Love the app, but it keeps logging me out of the membership page. Also, the add to wallet button does not work. Instead of being able to add the membership card, a page with many codes popped up.
AR camera does not work on newer iPhones
I was trying to to take AR pictures at the Tiger and Bear spots at rainforest wild but it said “This QR code is not supported by this app. Only QR codes by"Mandai Wildlife Reserve" may be scanned with this app.” I’m using iPhone 15 iOS 18.6.2.

This app still uses some archaic system to log in. No password or anything. Put in you email and wait for an 6 digit OPT number in my email….. tried logging many times to log but to no avail.

Mostly works except endless loop membership login
Sometimes enters endless loop during member login process. Only way out is to force close the app and hope the next try works. Please fix this issue.

Please consider adding ai image recognition of bird species at Bird Paradise esp since they are not always spotted near their info signages <3

Why have to fill in membership email & password every time?
Hi Mandai Wildlife 1) Why don’t allow members to sign in via facial recognition, instead of filling email & passwords on App? 2) Why didn’t the staff who completed my membership yesterday advised that payment by DBS credit card will have a surprise gift as we have both DBS and other bank cards. It’s sort of short change and lack of transparency by the young lady staff😥 TQ

Love this Mandai App as it provides lots of useful information for all the 4 parks at my fingertips.
Unnecessary change to member log in
Previously it uses password log in which was seamless. Recently don’t know which idiot changed it to email otp log in which always auto log out after keying in the otp

This is a useful app to use when visiting the zoo.

Apps just keep spinning
I cannot log on to the web, when on wifi or when on mobile data. signal is great on the phone, and it is the app just keeps spinning without being able to log on, regardless if I am at the zoo or testing it I ur anywhere else at anytime of the day. It just doesn’t log in. what is the point of having a membership if I cannot even log in at all.

Unable to log in as a member. Despite multiple attempts and password resets, the website is not functioning, and I am unable to retrieve my Member QR CODE for entrance.

website and application did not notify pricing for any of the activities. when researching for the activities shown, only details regarding the environment and what we could expect is given but no pricing or ticket prices were highlighted which give a wrong idea that the activities were FREE. when to mandai thinking i would be able to try out the adventures however was denied entry because of failure to book a slot. would be appreciated if slot bookings were stated amongst the description of each activity.

No. This is not the way.
Why am I required to download an app for yet another thing? Just provide maps. Will pay extra for it and promise to recycle. App is no better than a paper map, but encourages me to keep looking at my phone, can’t see the whole thing at once, and relies on me having data and charge to use.

Mandai has a very helpful app, it has maps, interactive features, can also use it to buy tickets or check updated infor before visiting the parks. Recommended!
Never gets logged in to members section
Never gets logged in to members section. Keeps on rotating even for 30mins. Since downloaded the app i was never able to login.
