Pretty convenient for getting around Singapore. Easy to book a ride and the fares are usually quite reasonable. Good alternative to other ride-hailing apps.

Hard to get drivers
Drivers will only readily accept when prices are very inflated. During normal rates, do not expect to get a car even after waiting an hour for someone to accept your booking.

Misleading prices
Prices do not include the toll prices amongst other hidden charges. What a scummy practice, please just include these things and be TRANSPARENT! :)
Waste of time
App jams constantly and reloading it still opens it back on the jammed page. Plenty of other options that are far more professional. Use those and give this a miss.

Easy to book
Another booking platform I use. Prices are reasonable but during peak period the prices can go out of range but still a great platform to book cab. Lesser waiting time. Also offer multiple way for payment.

You guys better check on your map it’s always on the wrong location that I pin. It’s hard for the driver to find a way!! And there are few drivers ask for more higher price than system! Thanks

expensive almost same level as grab now
lol idk inflation purposes or what but now when booking tada is like the same price as grab. taking tada now costs me almost $50 from north to east… it used to be below $40 and the vouchers don’t help too because they are only limited to people who take tada everyday and limited amount of people. prices go up but the quality of the car is budget, not worth taking at all. don’t see the win win situation. if i could i wouldn’t even wanna rate this app i just wanna give a review

The plate number was different between on tuktuk & in mobile, The drivers are not clear about the system and not followed the directions, please act knowledge to your stuff

User friendly and easy to use
Garbage pin point location.
Most of your pin point drop off/pick up point looked like it’s being set by a 5 years old child. I submitted a few correction but even after more than a month, you did not want to do something about it. I got so sick of drivers going to the wrong pick up point & then canceled on me. Freaking waste of my time to rebook!
Fair pricing but high surges
TADA is good for daily commuting in Singapore but it has both pros and cons the base prices are reasonable in SGD compared to competitors however the app interface feels a bit dated and sometimes it takes time to confirm a driver during off peak hours. It’s an average choice.

Poor Connectivity and GPS
The app keeps losing connection, and it gets really frustrating when trying to book a ride. The GPS is often wrong and shows the wrong pickup location. Hope this can be improved because it affects the overall experience.

kid driver are trash here
drivers here are the lowest class driver i’ve met. always pick up rides, while still trying to find other rides from other app cause the price is higher. while they are doing that, they drive slowly to your pick up point. then after the rider wait for quite some time, >10 mins, they will cancel as they found other riders on other app. why is this happening? this app has 0 penalty and forced arrival time. driver can cancel as and when they want, even after making the user wait for more than 10 mins. what they get in the end? lower acceptance rate that can still easily pick up customer. over 50% of my pickup were less than 70% and i have 100% scoring

More affordable but drivers tend to cancel. Perhaps increasing their share of the payment will help.

Good alternative to the usual ride hailing apps. Competitive prices but not as much drivers.
ETA not visible
The app has stopped showing ETA and that is a big disadvantage when you plan for urgent meetings. Hence, my usage of Tada has significantly come down. Sometimes, as I am unable to see the ETA, I unnecessarily cancel rides and book it in other platforms

Occurred multiple times that the drivers werent moving but I was charged cancellation fees and Tada refuses to provide a refund on fees
