New update is not optimised
I’ve been using the app for years and before the new update to make the screen look more modern, the bus timing will always accurate, and the entire bus timing will load across every single stop. However, after the new update, the bus timings do not show and I have the manually load them. Please fix this if it is not intentional
The timing
I take bus everyday so it’s crucial for me to not be late for them but sometimes it says that it’s one minute left but after running to the bus stop I waited for it for 7+ minutes but still didn’t see it. The bus also keeps switching from 1 minute to arriving and then 1 minute again which makes me wait another 3+ minutes just trying to get on the bus.
Why such long ads?
You take all the trouble to make such a good application which is so useful especially when trying to figure out where a bus might be or its route instead of just figuring out the bus that is coming to the bus stop near you! But the moment we open the app there will be some stupid ad which nobody sees that goes on for almost a minute or two!!
Helped with setting expectation
I have been using this app for a while now and love it. The arrival time is at least 95% accurate of the time and that s enough for me. Even if the bus didn’t show up on the dot, it is at most 5 minutes behind. It gave me a lot of appreciation to the bus drivers who have to keep their tight schedules while at the same time, keep the passengers safe.
Terrible AD Experience
The ads always interrupt me and it’s always when I’m rushing terrible app and the new update is worse than ever

Too many pop up ads
Would be good if the ads are the banner types those are less annoying but the ads keep popping up as full screen type that has to load a certain amount of time before you can cross out. There’s other types of sg bus timings app out there. This isn’t it.

I use this app daily, most reliable for buses in SG, but the advertisement is annoying. I would even pay for ad free version

Awesome app, fast, and easy to use. Is there a way to organize my fav list? Such as renaming the bus stop or re order it.
Laggy update
After the recent update the bookmarked buses take way too long to load. Sometimes it doesnt even load in within 15mins

Ads interfere with usability
Video ads have a tendency to launch right after you open the app. The time taken for the ad to play before you can navigate the app or access the bus timings can cause you to miss the bus. Static or inset ads (such as those that launch in fb reels) that don’t interfere with navigation are much better.
Reliability
Recently the app for the bus arrival timings are very erratic and unreliable.

I use this app frequently to plan my trips around Singapore. However, new bus routes have not been added. Can the developer please add arrival timings for Buses 134 and 150? Thanks!
Late bus
The bus at 7.12am shows that the bus 166 was 2 min away. But at 7.23am, the bus 166 have not come and to add on the waiting time is 3 min like hello. Make me late to school when I can be early. Can the developers wake up and do their job.
New bus update
43M already ceased operation. A new bus 104 in service between Punggol and Woodleigh to be updated.

Just okay...
The latest update is just changing the icon to a nasty green. I would prefer something substantive like refreshing the UI or functionality instead, as well as giving an option to get rid of those blasted ads. I've decided to delete this one and use the My Transport app instead.
Good but lacking watch app
I am a user of this app since 2012. Tried switching to city mapper for 3w due to watch app availability and I switch back. This is a better app made for local singaporean. Hope you could make an extension app for watch.

Hopefully the dev sees this - great app, but currently the app crashes every time I try to bookmark a bus stop. This has been happening for months (maybe since the last update?). It also doesn't detect the location of a nearby bus stop (96361) despite the fact that it exists in the system. Please fix this!

I've been getting redirects to the App Store on the last few occasions that I've used the app. At first I thought it's related to the ad I was seeing but it turns out not to be the case.
Bus Arrivals Are Accurate!
This is a great app to get bus arrival times.

new stops, services, amendments not updated. Doesn’t properly track buses especially for city direct and express. More of which is also tower transit services where the arrivals are insanely inaccurate. Horrible for use. Advice, don’t use this use google maps. And billions of ads

Yay optimized for iPhone 6, thank u! An essential for local bus commuters, even though the timings r not always accurate. Less time wasted sweating it out at the bus stop! Why does the new version show the bus route instead of timings of all the buses in the same bus stop? Please bring back the old feature :(
Inaccurate GPS
The GPS is very inaccurate. And when it says a bus is arriving, you still have to wait another minute for the bus to arrive.

timing
The timing was never accurate, waste people time, waiting under hot sun, even if we planned exactly on time to not miss the bus, if its the bus issue, maybe ask them to make it more accurate? because what u mean im waiting 10 min plus for a 1-2 min bus that was shown on the app

Accuracy is lost
Hi, i am using SG buses App on my iphone for a long time. After recent version upgrade, buses timing accuracy is lost. Even if bus is gone, app keep showing as Arr. Also, many times buses have not arrived but it will start showing next bus timing. Please see if these bugs can be corrected in latest version.

Has become largely useless
Until recently this was a fantastic app that was a reliable source of info. Lately though it has become basically useless as it almost exclusively shows "No Estimate Available". A real shame as it used to be a very useful app.
Would be a lot more useful if it showed live data
This app makes you believe it shows real live data from buses' GPS but more often than not it just reverts to showing the time buses *should* arrive based on the timetable. Many buses don't appear to be able to follow the timetable and some skip a service all together -- so I find this app of very little use when it tells me there "should be a bus arriving" but in reality none actually does and you're left wondering whether a bus will in fact come or you'd be better off submitting that Uber request. Would be great to actually sync up live bus data for all routes or at least show a notification when that hasn't happened.

Not working properly recently
Most of the time it shows "Not Operating Now" these days. When it refreahed few time or close and open again will work. Used to be better. Disappointing...
