No update after feedback
Informed the developer by email, still no update on the app. Wrong direction given from time to time especially downtown line related when having more train required in trip. Giving wrong direction like toward Expo / Bukit Panjang causing critical impact on user time. Unacceptable by not making correction.

The background color using black is different to view if compare with white background

The map is ok but it needs to update again because Hume station is opened but there is no response and some of Punggol LRT is not update

weird route plan
Wonder why route plan always involves transfer? From redhill to city hall, there is no need to transfer using the EWL but app keeps guiding to transfer at outram to NEL then transfer at dhoby ghaut to NSL to get to city hall. This remains the same even when lesser transfer is chosen
Not very useful
Always showing longer routes. Still needs more research as there are lots of faster ways to move around the stations. I also wish that they could include last train timings at night.
The latest UI update is amazing
Been using this app for years and the latest updates are unbelievably good, so many features that are actually useful
Brown Line
Why is there no auto update? I donβt know when the Brown Line is ready - NO NEWS AT ALL.

Lightweight easy to use simple app. Fantastic work! Note to developers: When looking at route, the calculated fares at the bottom are hidden behind the menu and with no scrolling option.
incorrect mrt routes
hi, wanted to reach out via the 'contact us' button in the app but it says my device doesn't support the operation so here i am. have been using this app for awhile but recently noticed that i'm unable to calculate the timings for direct green line routes, such as from jurong east to raffles place. the app takes me one big round to transfer at outram park and dhoby ghaut, or suggests the long red line route that practically covers the entire line. would appreciate if this could be fixed, thanks!
Late update of latest mrt lines
Other apps has updated latest mrt lines on thomson east coast lines. But this apps still not updates
Best MRT App
I use the MRT everyday, but when I need a journey that is new, this is perfect. Simple to use. This should be recommended to all tourists who arrive in Singapore.
Accidentally press calculate fare feature
I accidentally pressed calculate fare and will be charged $2.98, can I remove it coz I do not need this feature, I qualify for senior concession fare therefore do not need this feature. Thanks
Needs more route options
Using this app to get from Sembawang to Botanic Gardens but it shows red line then yellow line when it can be red line and blue line
Fonts
Fonts are too small even after pinching! Not elderly friendly!

Pls send latest operating MRT routes on all lines. At present map still shows some stations under construction but actually already operating

There is no such mrt station in downtown line
Hi I used your app to calculate the route from aljunied mrt station to geylang bahru mrt station. Your app recommended me to change at macpherson mrt station & go to the downtown line towards sungei bedok mrt station direction. There is no sungei bedok mrt station. In macpherson mrt station, there are only indications of downtown line to bukit panjang mrt station or expo mrt station. Please update your app. Very terrible.

Great transport system. Cheap, clean, fast, user-friendly and reaches pretty much every corner of the city. Great App too! One small improvement could be brought to make it more ugh playful. When checking for a route between points the result could also feature on the map. Thanks Singapore MRT people.

Itβs simple straightforward and easy to use and Iβve been using it for years. Plus the times are accurate and it doesnβt need wifi to use so you can use it offline, just like it says. Often times itβs way better than google maps if you want to use MRT only. Itβs really the best.
Ad bloatware.
was fun and easy to use. the ad were noticeable but not intrusive. After update, we are forced to play the video ad with full volume and then the station selection page is blocked by advertisement. the time to destination and number of stops info are not shown anymore. can decide which of the 2 alternatives route are better. seems that i will be uninstalling and will inform my staff to do so.

Fare
Had accidentally click the app cos thinking to check how much need to pay for the MRT fare. Who knows suddenly shows the charges n thought it is the MRT fare. However it is the App fee to let us login to get fare price. After that want to remove this App, the system thought I want to remove the Advertisement n charged me again, became double charged. Is this so call clear?

Hi your lastest update 12 September not tally.Thomson East Coast line Caldecott station is open but still remain as U/C. Nothing have change.

Good offline resource
Arriving in Singapore without a local SIM card, I found this app quite helpful because you can use it offline. However, I think the travel times were quite optimistic. I timed the Changi Airport to Fort Cannning at around 45 minutes whereas the app said it took 34 minutes.

The fare calculation is all I want thats why I purchased it, Iβm very disappointed when I try it the price is too exaggerated, make it more accurate please.
Does enough
Isn't clickable on the stations or searchable or anything, but at least it shows you the map image, and can give you a travel estimate between stations. Watch that estimate - routing can sometimes be off - but it's pretty useful anyway. I'm keeping it.
No gps function to locate nearest station
Would be 5 stars but missing gps function.. no way to locate yourself.. I hate these apps with a search function that requires you to know the names of where you want to go or are.. should automatically locate nearest station and give you lists to select.. to do otherwise makes app useless for most people

Standard tickets
Standard tickets are no longer available since last year. Yet it still shows in the destination pricing.
Forced advertising
Decent app accept that they force advertisements on you. While using the app an ad suddenly appears without any notice. So making apps annoying enough so people will pay for the app isnβt that ethical.

Fare is correct?
I purchased add on to claim transportation. But the fare it shows seems slightly wring from actual fare. I would like to update/check the fare to be correct.
