RE: iPhone Air Back arrow issue
PLEASE UNTIL NOW ISSUE NOT FIXED. Don’t know if it’s with the Air model only, but it’s hard to Navigate the Back arrow when you’re in a certain panel of the app specifically account info Panel. You can’t go back, I just noticed the Notch is blocking that line. Thanks

Was okay. Now nonfunctional.
Not a great fan - it’s a standard bank app - used out of necessity. But the app has become useless as login button is dead. Clicking it does nothing. If this is an update, beware.
Multiple entry of password for login
Kindly to check the application as it’s requesting for password multiple times. Upon first time import of password the application is talking to login page. Please rectify this issue ASAP.

Perfect and fast
App is too slow and outdated
SAB, you need a new app, your current app is too slow, always glitching. It is a trash app! Today is the biggest crises, app is not even functioning for more than 12 hours! Unacceptable, hence one star. Either you develop a new app or I am personally planning to leave the bank soon. Hurry up!

Logging in issue
Since few months I am logging in and can’t . It’s keeps getting stuck at loading screen whenever I open the app. Sometimes it works

Latest update is not as good as previous one. Takes more menus to get to all my account info and is now slower to use.

Frozen app
I have lately found this app to open Frozen. The only way to get any interaction is to open App Store search SAB app and open the app through the store. Not at all Ideal. App running on Apple XS Max ios 18.4.1
Nice Update But Slow
The new version is better but needs hard work to make it faster and please remove the splash screen or make less reddish. The credit cards screen to be polished as info are overlays and not showing properly. Need to add the ability to reorganize the cards and accounts in the main screen.

ما يخليني ادخل عالتطبيق الا بالسماح بالموقع حطيت السماح دائماً وبرضه ما يدخلني ادخل على ساب اونلاين يقول اسمحلي اعرف وين بيتك ناقص بس يكونون معي بالغرفة عشان ادخل على حسابي واتصرف بفلوسي.

خدمات سيئه. جداً لدي عده حسابات في بنوك عده لم اجد اسوأمن هذا البنك في التعامل مع الانسان! اعتقد انهم لا يستوعبون ان العميل انسان وقته ثمين وانه مهم.. تعاملهم في قسم خدمات العملاء والشكاوي وصوت العميل في منتهى السوء إذا اتواصلت بالهاتف اقل انتظار في كل مره ٤٥ دقيقه- والموظفين ليس لديهم معلومات او خبره او ادنى حس يالمسؤوليه- لي ٢٠ سنه في هذا البنك ولكن اخر خمس سنوات الخدمات في انحدار ونوعيه الموظفين المختاره لا تمتلك الكفاءه ولا المسووليه والمثل اللائق بكل من هو مسؤول عن اي خدمه تخص العملاء ( من امن العقوبه اساء الادب) حقيقه مافي موظف واحد اتعاملت معه حريص انه يقدم اي نوع من الخدمات التي ترضي العملاء اتعاملت مع اقسام كثير ..السوء في الخدمه والتعامل مع العميل بفوقيه ولا مسؤوليه هو الطابع المشترك بين الجميع ..حقيقي المسؤولين عن قسم الشكاوي وخدمات العملاء وصوت العميل لا يستحقون الا الفصل ! This bank is a lost - cause!
Bad performance
I couldn’t pay traffic fine. Once selected the account the App goes into white screen and never come back. This version of SABB App is not performing well compared to the previous one. You need to do more troubleshooting before launching it.
Needs improvement
I recently started using the app for banking and already disappointed with it to be honest * too sluggish and non-intuitive * menus are too convoluted, basic things like card details are buried in where as non-necessary things like 360 etc are in your face * security features are poor. You have to enter password every time even after enabling faceid login * the last screen you saw remains until your next login (ie logon now, open account details, go back to iphone home screen, 3 days later open sabb - even before entering the password you will see the account details you had 3 days ago) * cosmetically very much behind other banking apps. … Good sides are * a lot of banking tasks can be done using the app from paying bills to international transfers, opening accounts etc

التطبيق فيه مشاكل مؤخراً كثيرة ومتعب جدا
OTP issue
Works great. But unable to receive OTP in remote areas like far in desert ( oil field workers) Need option to receive OTP via E-Mail.
Steps.
There are too many steps to make a transfer and each step takes a few seconds too long to load. On HSBC’s UK mobile app, it requires half the amount of steps, and each step is super fast.
Excellent but needs to learn more from HSBC
HSBC Uk has more flexibility and, most important, transactions can be confirmed/validated via their app, not SMS which is very challenging when traveling.

The latest update was the worst ever. It was perfectly working before it. After updating it two days ago it’s slow, too many errors massages for my request. Login is a torture & making transfer is another impossible issue with too many errors & failure & try again later massages!!!
