International transfers not working and blocked amount even submitted all the documents
Personal self transfer are not working as per the service mentioned by the bank , bad experience from the customer care team following ups. Not received correct solution for the problem and waste of money and time

Please improve the apps, whenever i try to transfer money the sytem always down and another time taking few hours and up to 24 hours to receive the money. Please improvise the quality of the system
Good service but much time for Egypt
This is the second time my transfer takes too much time, first time 9 days and now 7 days. Customer service didn’t know the reason for the delay and have nothing to do but raising a request to accelerate the transfer. They don’t have free phone line to call outside Saudi and you have to use your registered Saudi number to make the call which cost you much due to roaming cost. But generally it is a good application

Can’t switch accounts
The app is excellent but you can’t switch accounts like the other Saudi Bank app and you have to delete the app and reinstall it every time you want to switch accounts
International transfer status
There is no option to track international transfer, neither can connect to customer service

Not recommended for instant transfer, if need money on urgent basis never go with this App, Always they are holding money for 3 to 4 days.
