Its been 15 hours still I am not receiving any verification codes. 7 times contacted support through call and chat still they are unable to fix it.

مشكلة تغيير الجوال
عندما غيرت جوالي طلبني توثيق للجهاز الجديد وتم عمل ذلك . وبعد ٢٤ ساعه تم تفعيل كل الخدمات . وبعدها فتحت التطبيق ولغيت توثيق الجهاز القديم . ومن بعدها في كل مره افتح التطبيق يطلبني توثيق . هذه مشكله تقنيه يجب حلها في اسرع وقت . لان تطبيقات البنوك الثانيه مافيها المشكله هذه

I think the bank should stick to the old versions of the app. Recently the app has been making error during transfer. When I transfer from one account to another, 90% of the time, the transfer goes to the wrong account and no way of knowing until after the transfer is done. Luckily though this has only being an issues with my own personal account across 3 local banks. Seems the app mixes up account record. For example when I select my account saved as D360 bank, the money is sent to my account in SABB or NCB. The bank should please look into this

تطبيق غبي يطلع اصوات فالفتح ويوقف اي تطبيق يشتغل لو تسمع بودكاست ، وفي نص محادثك مع خدمة العملاء بعد انتظار طويل يطردك للحماية وانت في نص المحادثة !!!

Missing an important feature
Kindly reintroduce the sender details in the transaction section. Previously, in the old app, the recipient’s name was visible in this section. However, this functionality is no longer available with the new App. We would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue. Thank you

تطبيق لا يعمل بشكل ممتاز بل يخبرني بتحديث اخر اصدار و هو بل فعل اخر اصدار
ANNOYING
Always crash. Limited features. Always make you need to visit their offices! Heavy to load. No need for music/animated intro, it’d not a new iphone to introduce! The worst thing is connecting the account to a specific device! I don’t understand what would I do if I want to access from difference devices!

It won’t let me log into the app and keeps telling me to update it despite it being the latest version. Even when it does log in I get an error when trying to do anything. Very concerning and irritating

تحديث سىء
بعد التحديث الاخير اصبح التطبيق سئ ولا يمكن اتمام بعض العمليات كاضافه البطاقة للجوال او التحويل او حتى شحن المحافظ الرقميه وتظهر رساله الخطاء باستمرر رغم المحاوله اكثر من مره وفي اوقات مختلف ولايمكن التحويل تظهر رساله تحاوز الحد اليومي رغم عدم القيام باي عملية تحويل كما ان رمز التحقق لايصل للجوال …باختصار لافائده من التطبيق بهذا الوضع
