I am honestly disappointed with the Emirates Bank app experience. Compared to other banking apps in the market, this one feels extremely outdated — almost like something from another era. The app is very slow, not user-friendly, and lacks flexibility in performing even basic banking tasks. Simple processes take longer than they should, and the overall navigation feels clunky and poorly optimized. In today’s digital banking environment, customers expect speed, efficiency, and smart features. Unfortunately, this app falls far behind competitors in terms of performance and innovation. I truly hope the bank invests in a major upgrade because the current experience does not reflect the standards expected from a modern financial institution.

I had heard a lot about Emirates NBD bank, but I am using at least one credit card from Emirates. I downloaded the app for it, and ever since I downloaded it, the service has been so terrible that I can’t even explain. You can’t do anything online it’s just an app, but you can’t actually do anything with it.
