E valley topup issue
It’s hardly working when we want to top up on STC pay… every time it says declined…. And note.. you can’t topup in e wallet on mobily pay, tiqmo etc.. Only and only on STC pay that too after 50 attempts

Great app, but terrible onboarding
The AMEX KSA app is excellent. However, it suffers from a terrible design logic for onboarding. It does not have the ability to remove previously registered devices or sessions during the registration process. Consequently, if a user resets or changes its device, the app will not allow them to register until CS does a manual reset.

Points redeeming
Application is clumsy since navigation is very limited. I advised the support of the issue long time ago, yet no correction. In any normal prize site, the system should allow you to choose an item and add it to your basket, BUT, after adding item to your basket, it goes back to main menu and you have to apply filters allover again. Please use AI to design your integration routine

Card activation issue
I am trying to activate my card ending with xxxxx. After entering the expiry date as 01/30, the application does not accept the last digit 0, so I am unable to proceed with the activation process.
No more than one card in the app
Doesn’t allow adding other Amex cards to app, how convenient 👎
Poor App
Too slow and keeps rebooting !! They should be doing much better than that considering their reward scheme is very poor compared to other countries !!!

App never opens. A shame it hasn’t been resolved after weeks of being useless

They need to invest more in their Apps its weak and useless. I hope they read the comments and invest more in the application.
New up to date visualization, laggy services
Although the AMEX app finally got a new look (the previous app was hideous and outdated), the app still needs improvements as its laggy. (Slow logging process, slow and unsmoth movement from page to page.)

Worst and Most Confusing App Experience Ever
I’ve used several mobile banking apps, but the American Express app is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. It’s unnecessarily complicated and lacks the user-friendly interface you’d expect from a major financial institution. The app also seems to lag frequently, and not only is the design weird and counterintuitive, but it also has glitches that freeze the app at random moments. For an app that’s supposed to offer seamless financial management, this feels like a tech nightmare. Amex really needs to fix this and invest in making the app usable.

Login experience isn’t smooth and the app needs many encasements. Be careful: AMEX KSA claims that 1 USD = SAR 3.75 (Fixed). While in fact they charge you SAR 3.76 when you settle the amounts via SADAD, without any further notice!

The app has improved and became very easy to use, i can login smoothly and manage my cards.
App is down (again)
App is constantly doing down, currently ‘internal service error’. Also needs basic functionality added, e.g. ability to pay the balance owed through the app.
