تجربتي مع الأول للاستثمار
تجربتي الشخصية مع الأول للاستثمار لم تكن بالمستوى الذي كنت أتوقعه، ولم أجد أن الخدمات أو تجربة التواصل مع خدمة العملاء تناسب احتياجاتي. كما وجدت أن عمولات التداول أعلى مما أفضله. بعد المقارنة، كانت تجربتي مع الإنماء المالية أكثر ملاءمة لي من حيث سهولة الاستخدام، وانخفاض العمولات، وجودة الخدمة. هذه وجهة نظر مبنية على تجربتي الشخصية، وأتمنى للجميع التوفيق.

A weak application of features
You need to develop to compete with other applications.
Very slow
App is slow, it takes tears to change charts to 1m, 6m time period. Despite recent updates, still not professional. Why bank such as SAB has so lousy trading app? You are losing clients and money over this.
Can be better
The pictures are not reflecting the actual app,nonetheless I think the user interface can be much better considering the other banks apps.

Can’t even make an account
Tried to open investment account and on the last step where the button says “submit” it didn’t work and when I tried to make an account again it says I already have an existing account but when I try to login it says i don’t have one.

unfortunately the app has not been user friendly before and after the recent makeover. it needs serious improvements

Poor App
The app is very poorly designed. It is very congested and cover the whole screens and several options can’t be accessed due to that. I think SABB need to intervene to improve the app drastically and to make it usable. For now the app is deleted for me.
