التطبيق لا يقبل إضافة مستندات عن طلب القرض ولا يقبل تعديل الراتب مثل التطبيق السابق مما تسبب بالرفض

لي اكثر من اسبوع ماني قادر استخدمه يظهرلي الرقم واليوزر غير صحيح واروح للمتصفح يفتح حسابي عادي معي لكن التطبيق يعلق

الموضوع اعتقد سهل .. انسخ احد التطبيقات المتميزة الاخرى وطبقها على تطبيقك ابدا من حيث انتهى الاخرون

ما انصح فيه
يعني لو الدوام ما اجبرونا نفتح حساب عشان الرواتب والله ما افتح فيه لا نظام زين وكل شوي يجيك ايرور ولازم تمر البنك وحالتك حاله رايح راجع عليهم، على كثر ما فتحت بنوك إلا انهم ما يبطون التسبد زيهم. بس للامانه اداره البنك إذا جيتهم عندهم اسلوب بس ما عندهم نظام

السلام عليكم، لا يوجد تحديث لجهازي بعد iOS 16.7.12 التطبيق كان يعمل بلا مشاكل قبل تحديث التطبيق الأخير

حدث التطبيق واصبح لايفتح معي بزعم ان ايفوني لايتمتع بالاشتراطات الامنيه الكافيه علما بان جهازي حديث وكل تطبيقات البنوك تعمل فيه بشكل طبيعي...من يتعامل مع بنك البلاد لابد يتدرب على دخول حسابه من المتصفح

كل التطبيقات تتطور للافضل الا تطبيق بنك البلاد تطويره حرم العميل من مميزات و خدمات كانت في التطبيق السابق منها على سبيل المثال : التمويل التكميلي و طريقته التي كان يتميز بها بنك البلاد عن غيره من تطبيقات البنوك .

Hello, Since your major application update, which replaced the previous app with this new version, the user experience has unfortunately become very unreliable. Problems are occurring continuously, and almost every day there are periods within the 24-hour cycle when the app becomes slow, unresponsive, or difficult to use. For a banking application, stability and responsiveness are essential. Users need to access their accounts and perform transactions smoothly at any time, without repeated technical interruptions. In addition, the overall platform would benefit from a full user-experience review. The interface is not as smooth or intuitive as it should be, especially when it comes to the prepaid cards section. Managing prepaid cards should be simple, fast, and clear, but currently the process feels complicated and inefficient. I strongly recommend that the app be reviewed and improved in terms of performance, reliability, navigation, and overall usability. A banking platform should give users confidence, not frustration.

ياخي تطبيقكم شفيه معلق كل مره ادخل عشان اضيف البطاقه بالمحفظه يقول حدث خطأ والحين كل ما جيت ادخل على التطبيق واكتب الرمز وكل شي تمام يقول انقطع الاتصال نأمل التحقق من اتصالك بالانترنت وهو شغال شوفوا حل
