لم يقبل الدخول بايفون 15 برو ماكس
كثيرة مشاكله يحطك بمواقف محرجة وقت الدفع
تطبيق الانماء كان جيد لكن مع التحديثات الأخيرة كثرة مشاكله افكر احول إلى مصرف آخر او على الأقل محفظة رقمية

Bug in Quick Access Passcode
1st pass code screen is working fine. But in 2nd screen to add confirm passcode im able to see number keyboard but input is not populating in input fields. Because of it not able to set quick access. Please fix this bug.

التطبيق اقل ما اقول عنه انه سيء والنجمتين كرم مني ، لي قرابه الشهر اعاني من مشكلة بالتحويل واللي يجلط اذا اشتكيت لازم انتظر خمس ايام علشان تستجيبون ! وايضا المكالمة الافتراضية تتعمدون فيها انكم تبطؤون بالكلام وتطولون بالمحادثة والروبوت يسولف لي وتكه ويكشت معي كل هذا علشان يطير الرصيد ؟! والطامة الكبرى ان كل هالتمطيط اخر شي يرجعك لنقطة البداية يعني لو مب داقه اهون سوء خدمة + قوات التدخل البطيئة + لن تصبحوا الراجحي .

لم يعجبني في التطبيق
التطبيق الجديد لايوجد فيه بصمه الوجهه للدخول! مما ياخذ وقت اطول لتسجيل الدخول لانتظار الرمز المؤقت المرسول و ادخاله!، بالاضافة الى اني كثيرة السفر وهذه يجعل الموضوع اكثر تعقيداً فيجيب ان يكون معي هاتف اخر لاستلام الرمز الموقت! و في بعض الاحيان لا يصل اصلا الرمز 😀👎🏼

Spam ads push notifications
Although I switched off promotional push notifications in the in-app notifications settings, I am getting daily spam still. How am I supposed to pay attention to important banking notifications if it’s all unsolicited ads.

the app froze and can’t login-> reinstall-> the app thinks it’s different f device and have to wait 48h just to f do anything like wow . the amount of bugs is insane ! how in gods name you even force ppl to get code from it .

Worst push notification system I’ve ever seen in a banking application
I am an awe that a bank of the size that claims to be modern does not have an option to disable non-transactional push notifications. Every single day, my phone is bombarded with irrelevant, annoying, and unnecessary push notifications that are non-transactional in nature. The content of the push notification is essentially tweets. You have two options, you either disable all push notifications or you keep receiving bank advertisements through push notifications. There’s no option to keep only authentication and transactional push notifications. As someone who struggles with ADD, I was forced to disable push notifications altogether. Now my “modern” Bank application does not provide me with push notifications when I do a transaction or perform an authentication, all because I chose not to see their advertisements. The branch employees are great, but this app ruins everything good about this bank for me.

التطبيق سهل ومريح في الاستخدام وواضح. ولكن التحديث الأخير 1.10.3 فيه مشكلة تقنية تتسبب بإخراجك من التطبيق بمجرد الدخول.

تطبيقكم متعب جداً مايفتح،، مع اني لي تطبيق مع بنك اخر لكن تطبيقهم دايماً يحدث واكثر بنك مزدهم ، لكن انتم للأسف مشيكم بطيء جداً

شكل مشاركة الملف
شكل ملف التحويل او سداد الفواتير ، لما نسوي تحويل اموال او نسدد فواتير ، ونبي نشارك الملف الشكل وتفاصيل الملف سيء وغير واضح البيانات ، مايطلع به الملاحظات ولا حتى اسم المرسل له بين السطور وسيء جداً .. ارجو تعديل شكل الملف وجعله مثل البنوك الاخرى واضح بتفاصيله وبياناته المرسل والمرسل له والمبلغ والملاحظات وغيره

I am traveling across Europe, the issue with this app is that it asks for the code sent to the mobile number all the time which is hard to get since I am outside saudi + there is no face ID as wellto make life easier. The previous one was perfect it had a face ID which allowed me to use the app even if I was traveling. Please take that into consideration since you provide a traveling Visa.
