So many of these videos are so helpful no matter what age you are. We all need some correction in our game every once and a while. Here you will find pretty much every fix for your game.
Apple TV version issues
Hi, since the last update maybe a month ago, the Apple TV is basically unusable. When you pick a show it just spins and spins. After a minute or two it might play but usually just stops. You have to hit pause, play again. It might take 5 minutes to start a show. Then if you pause or finish an episode it happens all over again. Used that app for years with new starting when the update was released. Hopefully you can fix it soon. Also, please update how the app handles rewatching a show. It continues to go back to episode 2 after every episode and starts episodes that you’ve already watched at the end. So if you are not paying attention you click episode 7 but it starts and then goes to next episode which it thinks is always episode 2. I even rewatched episode 2 to get it to stop it still always wants to GoTo episode 2 and rewatching starts at the end of the episode. Maybe there’s a better way to handle that flow when rewatching a season 6 months later. Love the content so please fix the Apple TV app so I can continue to enjoy it. Thanks, B

Really poor customer service and app doesn’t function
The app does not recognize my account as active and I cannot watch any chosen videos. I receive at least 3 emails a day that are non-functional. I have contacted universal peacock 6 times and the call center has yet to address or communicate with me what steps they are taking to remedy.
Bug
I like the app overall, especially the episodes. However, there is a bug that really bothered me, when I’m watching videos on full screen, it auto plays the next episode when the current episode is over, and that’s when the screen goes all black without pictures, only the audio playing, the screen friezes too so the only way to get out of it is close the app completely. Please fix this issue, it’s really annoying.
Early renew
GolfPass renewed my subscription. A day early which caused me to have to spend 1/2 hour online trying to cancel. This also caused peacock to charge my account and surprise to me is that they have no phone number for customer service and no way to get a refund on the app. If you sign up for GolfPass make sure not to use a normal credit card. The actual service is ok if you’re a frequent golfer
Freezes
Love the app. Watch videos all the time, but the app is freezing every time I start a video. Please fix!!!! Troubleshoot steps: 1. Closed App 2. Uninstalled/Reinstalled

Useless tee time credit
For some reason when I copy and paste the credit , $10, into a hot Deals tee time ,it is rejected. Why?

Can’t log in.
iOS 16
I updated to iOS 16 and the videos are playing but then freeze all the the app so all it can do is continue playing the video. Otherwise great app and content.
Always on Point
I have become hesitant to watch golf videos as I am taking lessons from an excellent pro and the videos are chatty, always and contradictory. However I find that the GolfPass pros are brief, on point and only reinforce what I’m learning on the ground. Nice work
Link has expired
I am getting my daily golf pass tips and when I click on it it says… This link has expired. -lease contact sender, that’s You. Also says Open in the Golf Pass app and when you do the promised tip is not, just a bunch of others. Please advise
No landscape mode on iPad
Great resource but please fix iPad version so can watch in landscape not portrait mode as not user friendly!
Long ways to go
App is sluggish at times, won’t rotate the video to horizontal form and you see ads even when you’re a paid member. You have to reorient your screen after each video.
Good content, difficult to cast to tv
I love the content of this app. I would prefer the layout of the app to be more similar to other streaming apps because I am used to navigating those. Also, casting this app from my phone to the tv is a frustrating experience. Once it is casting, if I open my phone for anything, the app immediately restarts the episode and then I have a hard time navigating back to the spot I was at in the episode.

Not getting benefits that are paid for
For the last couple of months my account has intermittently stopped me from watching videos and not displaying tee time credits, despite paying for the top level plan. Spoke to somebody on the phone who simply repeated what I already knew - that I have a paid subscription for 12 months and it should all work. They promised to share with their manager and call me back. No call back but the account “magically” started working again - for all of a week then every time I click on a video I’m promoted to pay a monthly fee once more. This is really poor and needs to be fixed please. I’d like to receive an extension on the subscription as I’m not getting full value - the videos are a key part of the reason why I signed up. Thanks
No rotation on ipad, video player interface lacking; shows & content decent
I think the various shows and instructional videos in golf pass are pretty good. However, the user interface of the app leaves a lot to be desired. and that’s why it gets a 3 star rating. It’s 2021 and the iPad app only supports a vertical orientation. If you rotate the iPad to a landscape orientation, the app doesn’t adjust and follow suit. You have to go to full screen mode and then the video will rotate. It’s 2021, and I’m really surprised by the lack of polish and finish on this app given the association with NBC. As a paying subscriber, I expected better, and this app makes the content viewing experience much less desirable as a result.

Horrible App
The app advertises free version (with ads) but when you install it, there is no such option. Also the screen is completely covered with ads. There are bad apps in the Apple App Store but this one is the worst. Off my phone it goes!
Golf pass
This is a bunch of crooks, seems to me. I purchased golf pass and can’t get to see te PNC GOLF TOURNAMENT. Looks like you stole my money.
Big Break
Love anything and everything to do with any Big Break show and players. I’ve watch all 23 shows as a fan and student of the of the positive and negative effects of the mental game . Absolutely a great way to build a great playing approach to competitive golf. Thank you!!
Great content; horrible app!
I’ve used the Golfpass app for a number of years and it used to be great, but now it’s buggy and borderline unusable most days! When trying to open the app on my AppleTV, it takes many tries to get the app to actually open! Then, it’s a dice roll on if you’re still signed in or have to go through the login process again. When trying to watch shows, it never remembers your place and will play the wrong episode instead of the next in line. I also have bad audio sync issues and the framerates are terrible at times. I’ve tried watching content on a computer (I have good fiber internet!) and I get buffering issues even on their site. It’s like this thing is hosted on a potato!

Lowering My Score :
Since joining GN and taking advantage of the Hot deals and the GN instructional films I have seen my average go from the high 90’s to the low 80s that is definitely a 15 stroke swing and I have only been a member for a year , wow just excited to see what the next year holds . One thing is for sure GN will definitely be a part of my golf game .
Advertising is false
I signed up and was offered Peacock and TaylorMade gift certificate. So far nothing. I called and got and got nowhere. Furthermore the app is terrible. It pushes you to GolfNow to make a reservation where you have to pay additional fees. Also app makes you constantly re-enter your username and password after you have already logged in. Not happy.
Add landscape mode and fix log-in
Having only portrait mode on an iPad is annoying and please fix log-in, logging in every time I launch the app and want to watch a video is annoying as well.
ASST. Pro Swing thoughts…
I find Golf Pass super informative and easy to incorporate the proper swing thoughts into my game. As a PGA PGM Affiliate Level 1 player, I am always looking for easy swing thoughts for my game and to help all students learn proper techniques to improve. Golf Pass has succeeded in providing simple examples and proper training videos with instruction to improve anyone’s golf game. From the short game, putting, full swing & fitness, they have covered it all. Emails pop in every week & I can’t wait for the next video. Best golf investment bar none..!

I was just charged $99.00 to my bank account by Golf Pass. I’ve used golf now but never downloaded golf pass before. Never subscribed to a paid membership in either app and there’s no contact information available.
