Best golf app with swing AI
Performance Golf is the best all-around golf app that really covers all aspects of golf for a golfer who wants to improve. Not just track yours score. Not just get training videos, but everything, root flaw cause effect and truly how to get better and where to focus on your game. I would love to see the ability to take a screenshot of a scorecard and my home by hole performance via screenshots in Arccos or other app to share with virtual coaching and training suggestions in PG1
App keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing while watching videos… Super frustrating
Good could be better
Great app. Only reason it's a 4 is because unless I am on WiFi I cannot watch the videos. So taking it to the range is a no go. Tried multiple ways to fix it but couldn't so ended up cancelling as watching it in my house doesn't help me as much.
Consistent Video Issues
I can’t get the training videos to load anymore. It’s worked before, but the latest UI update seems to have malfunctioned the video player.
Visualisation.
Trackman to show the flight paths will illuatrate the classes and understanding better.
Customer support
Club broken in transit and I called support. The young lady was very sympathetic and worked very quickly to putt my mind at ease and that the new club would be sent out and expedited as soon as possible. This is customer support at its best! Thank you very much for doing your job exceptionally well!
Predatory Subscription T&C’s
Future Subscribers Beware: This company uses predatory subscription practices by auto-subscribing you to their in-app gimmicks with no notification of an upcoming recurring transaction. Remember to set a reminder to send an email to Support to cancel an unwanted subscription if you buy ANY program through Performance Golf.
Why
Still early but wonderful to have a why
Ok but has issues
I purchased a specific course from Performance Golf for mobility. Paid content However i cant watch my content without Brixton constantly interrupting me with the same video pitch on upselling me. Annoying!! Also, app stops playing content when u rotate device to landscape (ie full screen on iphone) Also app plays two sets of content simultaneously. So i get to enjoy Brixton talking over my paid content while i am trying to watch Ya ll should be better than this.
Great videos
I really enjoy the videos and all except when it comes to ordering things on line. Not very Canadian friendly.
Best Customer Service
I got my new Clubs in and they just did not work for me 😢 Customer service got back with me within 24 hours, and gave me the instructions to send the clubs back. Hands-down, best customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
Not friendly
Will not open track packages . No one button offered to open tracking.
Multiple videos playing at the same time .
Multiple videos (2 of the same) playing at the different points of the video at the same time. App needs to be fixed.
Dean Bossick
Really revisiting the no turn backswing often
Good Content
A $40 month subscription should not include nonstop ads. They added $60 a month to my subscription without me knowing somehow it’s not worth the scams.
Very Helpful Customer Service
I bought both the 357 and 359 clubs. Tried them for 3-4 weeks. Clubs were not helping my game. I returned both with the help of customer service. Very happy with the entire process of trying the clubs and even though they were not for me, customer service helped me with know questions asked!
Ridiculous waste of time
I bought this training course yesterday and I have STILL not watched anything useful. All I continue to get is new videos trying to sell me on something better than what I already paid for. I would at LEAST like to see the original video I bought and see if there’s anything useful before I spend another nickel with this company. Right now I wish I would have never seen it.
Good people
Nice people to deal with, responded to emails quick and throughly. A company that you don’t mind doing business with.
Terrible app
This app sucks. It won’t let me create an account because it says that my email already exists in the system. Then when I try to hit the forgot password button, it sends me an email link that doesn’t work. I can’t track my order or use the app. I’m starting to think that this is a scam. I will change my review if I actually get the gear that I ordered.
Fantastic
Easy to use, very intuitive app.
PG
I can not get into the app. I just ordered the clubs. But it says I am already a member and my password is incorrect
Game-Improving Resource
I have been a user of this app for over a year and have found it quite helpful. The online instructional videos are quite detailed and informative. In addition, I have found some of the clubs they offer to be helpful in improving my game on the course. New users would be wise to pay close attention to the offers of free trial subscriptions. Monthly charges will show up on your credit card if you don’t cancel them inside that window. At the same time, I have found them quite helpful and responsive in canceling unwanted subscriptions that I did not intend to have or to use. They have even refunded initial payments. Overall, I give them two thumbs up for friendliness and attentiveness to their customers.
Glitches and Crashing
This is not a good start for y’all. Videos play over one another, they stop playing when I go landscape, can’t come back to where I left off, the video starts over. I don’t even want to use it. Hopefully it gets better.
Great service and follow through
Dennis at Performance Golf provided good service to my request to modify an order placed last week. Our golf season in Wisconsin features beautiful courses, both municipal and public. … but it’s a short season, April - November, with some luck. An item I ordered was back ordered and scheduled to ship in August. That’s almost a 3 month wait… not good. Dennis shipped another product and refunded the back ordered item….. that was good. Thank you! Innovative products, great, fast service."
Nothing it do with content
The videos are good content. However the app itself is very buggy. When I go to pause the video and unpause it, it starts playing two different parts of the video at the same time. You cant pause it for any reason without it starting over . You can’t even watch it in full screen. I haven’t look at any of the other features it has because I’m so frustrated with the video not working.
Fulfilling a wish…
The PG team is always there to support and help with any “problem” or question I’ve had. They reply almost instantly and have my interest and concerns at heart. Thanks PG team
Order F-Up
It’s taken over 3 weeks and still my club hasn’t arrived! Very frustrating working with this company!!! Beware!!!!
