Ich kenne keine andere Authentifizierungsapp, die so gut funktioniert wie die oben genannte. Ein großes Lob. Die IT Abteilung der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen könnten gerne bei der IT von der Postbank nach Tipps fragen

An sich gut die app aber auf dem iphone benötige ich häufig 2 anläufe bevor der login durchläuft
In Deutschland super, im Ausland ausbaufähig
Aufträge in Deutschland lassen sich super ausführen. Nutzt man eine Kreditkarte im Ausland funktioniert es bei mir schleppend. Mal wird der Auftrag angezeigt und mal nicht. Beim reisen sehr unpraktisch!
Bewertung
Seit einiger Zeit wird die Bestätigung per Fingerabdruck nicht mehr akzeptiert und die Eingabe mit Passwort funktioniert auch erst nach mehreren Versuchen. Das ist nervig und nicht akzeptabel.

App stürzt ab nach Update
Nach dem Update auf die Version 3.32.0 auf meinem iPhone 7 (iOS 15.8.6) stürzt die App Sekunden nach dem Öffnen ab. Ich kann dadurch keine Überweisung tätigen. Davor hat es wunderbar funktioniert. Wie kann ich die App wieder benutzen?

Überweisung lief sehr leicht und unkompliziert. Alles bestens.
One of the worst apps I use
Don’t have a choice sadly, but yes, the Postbank app is horrible. It has glitched and refused to log me in ever single time for the last 6 months. Often saying my account access is denied for half hour, please log in on a desktop and confirm your identity, even though it’s the right password SAVED TO THE APP. But it refuses to recognize it at first try. It’s super inconvenient. Needs major bug fixing. Fix it @postbank!
Super kompliziert
Setup ist super kompliziert. Passwörter können NICHT per Passwortmanager übernommen werden sondern müssen zweimal manuell eingetippt werden. So motiviert man Benutzer nicht zu sicheren Passwörtern!
Good idea
Overall an important security mechanism. The QR activation code scanning is flaky and locked up my installation. Had to wipe and try a 2nd time.

Stupidest process ever
Postbank intentionally makes it hard to do your banking by requiring two devices and typing in passwords every time you move instead of the obvious, practical method of requiring verification at the start of a session & then letting you move through what needs to be done efficiently and quickly.

Stürzt weiterhin sofort ab!
29.6.2020 Selbst nach dem neuesten Update stürzt die App unter iOS 13.5.x sofort nach dem Start ab. Somit besteht weiterhin keinerlei Zugang zum eigenen Bankkonto. Bitte umgehend beheben!!
Best Sign: Wirklich sinnvoll und logisch
Einige Banken senden SMS und preisen sonstigen intellektuellen Saldo Rückwärts an, um endlich zum eigenen Konto zu gelangen. Ich finde BestSign logisch, intuitiv und schnell. Bravo IT BOSS der Postbank! Josef A Halbherr

Very bad application
The application isn’t working, don’t try. I have an Postbank account with ID name and password which works via internet, however, BestSign doesn’t accept sign in details and blocks access to account
Gravierender Sicherheitsmangel
Das BestSign App enthält einen gravierenden Sicherheitsmangel. Zur Aktivierung muss die PostbankID sowie das entsprechende Passwort eingegeben werden, d.h. der Laptop und das mobile App verwenden die GLEICHEN Logindaten und sind damit aus Sicht der Datensicherheit keine unabhängigen Geräte. Es ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar wie eine Bank so einen gravierenden Designfehler machen kann - als Informatikstudent lernt man solche Dinge im bereits im Grundstudium...
