Übersichtlich, praktisch, informativ
Ein paar kleine Umwege könnte man noch ausmerzen, aber im Großen und Ganzen ist die App sehr übersichtlich und praktisch. Infos über die Mitteilungen halten einen immer auf dem Laufenden.
Bugs..
Zeigt einem keine Umsätze an. Eine Onlinebank sollte doch wenigstens die App im Griff haben

War zuvor Robinhood und TradeRepublic Kunde. Aktivierung funktionierte problemlos dort.
Functional but annoying
Why does Consors Bank require two apps for doing an Überweisung? Having a separate app for security authentication is totally daft—the security features should be in the banking app itself. The app, like the website, also boots you out and requires a new log-in after a very, very short period of time. One should be able to set that time at one’s own discretion, at least up to five minutes.
Great new app
The all-new version has large fonts and simple pages. This means you need more steps for everything, but it's in service of higher clarity, which is preferred. And due to the removal of the old round-tripping to the SecurePlus app, transaction signing is much faster than it used to be. The team is also very responsive and fixes issues quickly. It has potential to become my favorite banking app.
Katastrophe
Wieder mal einer der selten Momente, in denen ich ein Review schreiben muss. 1. Die neue App ist komplett unübersichtlich. Mag vielleicht funktionieren, wenn man nur ein Konto hat. Aber mit zwei Kinderkonten inkl. Depots, Verrechnungskonten etc. ist man nur am suchen. 2. Ein Feedback-Popup, während ich gerade eine Überweisung eingebe. Geht‘s noch???
Design accattivante ma non sempre efficiente
Una app che consente diverse possibilità per verificare movimenti e bilanci del conto corrente in modo piuttosto chiaro e visivamente semplice. L'usabilità non è ancora ottimale a mio avviso perché alcune funzioni sono difficili da trovare seppur presenti. Potrebbe migliorare cercando un'alternativa ancora più semplice per il design visivo che resta comunque a livello grafico il punto forte dell'applicazione

iOS 18.1 wird nicht unterstützt / no function
Leider funktioniert die App unter iOS 18.1 Beta nicht. Beim Einloggen wird wird versucht die Secure App zu starten und dann bleibt die Consorsbank App hängen. Unfortunately, the app does not work on iOS 18.1 Beta. When logging in, an attempt is made to start the Secure App and then the Consorsbank app gets stuck.
Abstürzte und keine Übersichtliche App
Heute habe ich versucht mehrmals die App auf meinem iPhone zu starten. Die stürzt jedesmal gleich nach dem einloggen ein. Ich habe keine Möglichkeit mehr die App zu nutzen. Die letzte Möglichkeit vielleicht wäre zu deinstallieren und neu installieren. Da habe ich aber Sorgen den ganzen Prozess mit der Aktivierung und so weiter wieder durchführen zu müssen. Die App generell hat keine Benutzerfreundliche Ansicht und Funktionsweise.
Sehr sehr kompliziert und umständlich
Eine der schlechtesten Banking Apps von der Sichtweise der Bedienerfreundlichkeit. Zu viele Passwörter und umständliche Prozesse. Die Kombination aus mehreren Apps um überhaupt irgendetwas zum funktionieren zu bringen ist höchst umständlich und sofern die Möglichkeit besteht würde ich jedem der kann von der Nutzung dieser App(s) sehr deutlich und stark abraten.
Bad bad bad
For trading purposes this app is useless. Always aloe and incorrect data, full of bugs, it’s the worst trading app I have ever seen. Contacted the customer service many times but they have no answers. Useless app
Getting worse and worse
Features are constantly being removed and conditions get worse and worse for the customers. Very poor!
A lot of bug
In last 5 minutes of using the app I’ve had 4 bugs. At login, at money transfer, at looking at my transfers and at analysing the last month spendings. That‘s basically most of the app functionality which doesn’t work properly.
