Zuverlässige App
Die App funktioniert sehr zuverlässig und macht das was sie soll.

Ihr wisst schon das es keinen Sinn macht die Photo ran international erhältlich zu machen aber die Comdirect App nicht oder? Da hat jemand sein Hirn nicht eingeschaltet kommt immer öfters vor in Deutschland jetzt. Danke für nichts ihr Nasen
Sprach Überweisung fehlt!!!
Das war der Grund, weshalb ich die App installiert und die Bank gewechselt habe. Jetzt gibt es keine Sparüberweisung mehr und ich muss mir eine neue suchen, die das tun kann! Sehr bedauerlich, vor allem nach Jahr langer Tätigkeit mit dieser Möglichkeit!

Ich verwende es seit Jahren und hatte nie Probleme. Es ist wahrscheinlich die einzige App, die von Anbeginn immer reibungslos funktioniert hat. Weiter so! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ich bin schon lange comdirect Kunde und wollte nun meinem Sohn ein comdirect Young Konto einrichten. Jetzt scheitere ich am „Passwort festlegen“. Passwort ist korrekt, App und iOS aktuell. Beim Klick auf Passwort festlegen passiert nichts. Man bleibt im Dialog hängen. Update: ein Neustart des iPhone hat geholfen. Die App könnte ein bisschen schneller sein.

Nicht klar warum man bei comdirect jedesmal ein Kennwort geben muss, um eine Aktion frei zu geben. Bei der TAN App der Commerzbank (gleiche Firma) muss man es nicht
Verzweifeln nach Handy Tausch
An alle die auch ihr Handy gewechselt haben und nun Probleme mit dem Aktivierungsbrief haben: ich musste alle Comdirect Apps löschen und auch das im Passkey hinterlegte Passwort für die Comdirect Apps. Danach konnte ich auch den Aktivierungscode scannen.

Does not work consistently
It works to unlock your banking online, however it only ever works once. For the next Log in you have to close the app before opening it again. Otherwise it does not recognise the new verification request. Annoying to say the least.

Works with iPhone 8 As another reviewer stated, now one needs a computer to transfer funds. I'll use another bank app until the Comdirect mobile banking app is updated to bypass photo tan or a similar solution to allow for transfers. My complaint: The photo is multi colored. I doubt it needs to be considering the QR code standard black and white. My screen is in black and white mode most of the time and blue blocking mode at night. A bit annoying to turn them both off and suddenly be hit with the bright blue screen just to scan the multi colored photo tan. I hope the kinks are worked out.

Programm stürzt immer ab, comdirect sollte vielleicht etwas mehr Geld in die Entwicklungsabteilung stecken, oder die Hauptapp modifizieren. Gutes Vorbild für gelungenes mobile banking: INg Diba 😉
I like photo tan.... But
Unlike the Deutsche Bank photo tan set up, this app does not automatically open and read the photo when making a mobile payment. It's so frustrating and makes mobile payments using photo tan almost impossible
