Viel zu kompliziert. Immer wieder eine neue TAN Nummer. Wer kann denn den Vertrag auf dem Handy durchlesen? Viel zu klein….. Mich würde es nicht wundern wenn viele ältere Menschen daran scheitern

Absolute Frechheit
Die Personen im Call verstehen kein Deutsch, kein Englisch, nichts. Man beschreibt die Situation der Legitimation (Grund) vielfach, es wird immer die gleiche Frage gestellt und dann nach etwa 5 Minuten einfach aufgelegt. Unprofessionell und völlig unverständlich, dass solch eine App überhaupt zur Legitimation zugelassen ist.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin
Nach mehrmaligen unfreundlichem beschweren über schlechtes Licht (was nicht schlecht war) hat mich die Mitarbeiterin auf ihrer Heimatsprache beleidigt. Auf Nachfrage was sie denn grade gesagt hätte, nannte sich mich einen Idioten. Ich war wirklich freundlich und würde mir wünschen dass die Mitarbeiterin dies in Zukunft auch ist. Liebe Grüße
