Several known glitches
There are several known glitches that are still unaddressed years later. Imbalanced scores requiring multiple perfect rounds of each level in the later chapters. Not enough diamonds available to finish achievements. Last cut scene and credits don’t play. Frustrating.

I do like the game, but lately it seems like Gamehouse has issues and it makes it that I restore purchases to remove ads considering I purchased this years ago. Don’t try contacting CustomerService because they won’t responds or communicate at all! Explains why Game house have low reviews.
I like the game butt…
An ad to play every single level unless you purchase the AD FREE option. Really? That is what sucks about your game. I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the ads. It’s way too much. I want to delete bc it’s very annoying.

I love Gamehouse games. I’ve played them all more than once. I have the subscription for $9.99 a month and am supposed to have access to all games without adds. Lately they want you to pay AGAIN for a game in order to play without adds!! Needless to say I canceled my subscription and just buy them outright. I
Great….but….
Love the game, but there’s a constant issue with it freezing and won’t unfreeze. I have to close out of the game and start the level all over. Very frustrating (& yes, my iPad has all the updates done).

I love the storyline and the game itself, but the glitches are driving me nuts! For example, I keep completing levels but my coins do NOT increase accordingly, so I can’t buy any upgrades despite completing the levels and hypothetically earning coins! Also, sometimes the character gets stuck in a loop doing one task and I have to start the level all over again.

Great but one flaw
I have completed the game as far as I can but despite having done all the levels I seem to be missing 9 diamonds to buy all the outfits and therefore complete the diary! This is super frustrating! Am I missing something? Other than that the game is fantastic, super involved and a lovely storyline. Please continue Amber’s story!!!
Internet Normally but game showing cannot connect
I cannot play because game cannot load ads and showing me to connect internet but my internet is normally can play everything but cannot play this game
Felt lazy and incomplete
The fact that the devs used the security map from the last game and had a level where you just had to find as many mice as you could felt very lazy. Also the ending felt very unresolved, unfortunately.

I liked this game soooo much and i really wanted amber and Clark to be together so I don’t know WHY she didn’t choose Clark. I hate this game.i think you guys should make a ending with amber and Clark please🤭😊.Also I love this game so much.

Glitchy
Like the idea, but the graphics are fuzzy on an iPad, and it’s glitchy, causing me to reload at the end of every level. Not up to the usual high standard I’ve come to expect. Certainly won’t be paying for this unless they fix the issues.
Not enough diamonds
I have all the diamonds in ever level. Yet im missing 9 diamonds that dont exist. Please fix it. The last levels of the game are also a different difficulty than the ones before

Too many glitches…
Not enough diamonds to purchase all outfits/accessories to unlock that achievement in Amber’s journal…not enough money to purchase all upgrades required to unlock that achievement in her journal either …Have to practically play each level fifty times in order to get perfect stars. Really liked the first installment of this game but this one seems rushed, not well thought out & obviously not tested thoroughly before deploying to your customers. You all obviously don’t care about your customers because the glitches that exists in this game that have been mentioned a countless number of times by several reviewers over the span of 5 years still has yet to be fixed. But I guess you all don’t care since you already have the money…please listen to your customers feedback and fix what they are telling you to fix. If you’re making us pay for a product/service at least ensure it’s working properly and being maintained and not something that was is just thrown together with little to no thought and pushed out to users for the sake of making a “couple bucks”.
Love this but..
I love the first part so downloaded this one too but there’s a problem with level 7. It doesn’t load and I’m stuck.
First greatness, then utter disappointment
I loved this game! I thought to myself when I started playing that I had finally found I game I could get into, not get bored of and really enjoy. But of course being on the Apple store it was too good to be true. After completing the first 10 levels you want us to pay £8.99 a month to play the rest of the game? This game promised so much, with what sounded like the start of a gripping and fun story line and you go and end it with “to find out the rest blah blah you have to pay £8.99 a month”. Very disappointing to say the least, I would more than likely play for a lesser fee but I’m not parting with £9 to play this even after how much I throughly enjoyed it. Message to other players, if you want to have an hour (if that) of a good game and fun, download this. If you don’t want to be disappointed and are not going to pay, don’t bother. Such ashame. This had real potential.
Why?
There’s an intense increase in difficulty for no reason. I got through the first three chapters with no problem. I would even get to 1 star in superstar before replaying the level to get the other two. Once I hit chapter 4 I could barely get passed 2 stars… The only reason I can think of this is to force you to watch ads to get 3 stars per level. I’m already annoyed with having ads as an option to me when I’m already paying $10/month for the game house subscription. I paid to not have ads and access to the games. I even switched the difficulty down from medium to easy to see if that would change anything but it doesn’t. I don’t think the difficultly options honestly do anything. I wanted to rate this 5 stars because I think this game is really fun, but making it unnecessarily hard just to force people to watch ads so they can get an achievement for getting 3 stars for every level is ridiculous. EDIT 1/4/23: I finished the game. I’m pretty sure it’s bugged. As I got to the later chapters I slowly started earning less and less money until each level only gave me 100 coins after I beat it, no matter how many stars I got. That made it impossible to earn enough coins to buy the upgrades needed for the achievement. I think at the end there were 4 or 5 upgrades I couldn’t buy simply because the levels were not giving me the correct amount of coins. Speaking of stars, it almost became impossible to earn even 1 star. When I got to chapter 6 I was getting scores of 3,500-3,900 and JUST BARELY getting one star. The ending cinematic didn’t okay for me. I had to go the GameHouse’s YouTube channel to watch a walkthrough of the last level so I could see how the story ended. Please fix this so new players aren’t completely frustrated with series like I’ve become. The first one was perfect. This one ended up being a mess.

I downloaded this app because my name is Amber and like the character that you are going to be is also named Amber so like I thought it would be like a really fun app that I could get that turns out it is actually less funner apps but this game is really cool I love being in the airline but it’s cool so I get this five star than you should to try it out download it today
Really disappointing
All male pilots and all female flight attendants? Wow... this is stereotypical gendering is terrible for a game that kids could play. Not good role modelling and dated.
Not enough diamonds
This game is fun. And I completely enjoyed it. I have completed every level and the bonus levels as well. One of the achievements you can win is by buying ALL the outfit pieces. The problem is there is not enough diamonds, even once you play all the levels and bonus levels to get every piece. So the last 2 achievements I cannot get. Please fix this…

Love it except level 22 mouse not found
I’ve been really enjoying this game but on level 22 you can hear the mouse he’s supposed to be on the right hand side behind the curtains and yet he’s not showing up so I cannot get past that level collecting the mouse. I saw somebody else having the same issue so this is a bug in the game. Please fix!!

I pay a monthly subscription for these games NOT to be forced to look at ads! This once fun game is now riddled with them! The game itself is fun enough, and having Angela design the uniforms was a stroke of genius, but I cannot get past the ads!

I really liked this game, some of the controls were a little buggy but overall super fun! If I can make a suggestion - the levels working as an airport security agent were the BEST, I’d love a full game working in an airport
Love the game but
I love the game but frustrating part is when you get to the end of the first one and you have to pay for the rest off the game. Not all of us have the money I’m afraid.
Stuck on a loop
On level 23 the game is stuck in a loop. If passengers are all using the item someone else wants to use there is no way to make them move to it because they are blocking their way. I know there is a swap feature but it’s not possible in a scenario where each passenger wants to go on a different item. I tried using the in game support feature but that didn’t work. I was unable to choose a topic which prevented me from submitting a report. Otherwise the game is very fun to play but that coding error is very annoying. It’s the 1st time I’ve encountered it in the game since playing both the original and the sequel of this game.

Help... 3 Diamonds Short
Please help! I completely finished all 60 levels of the game but for some reason I am still 3 diamonds short which won’t let me buy the last outfit so I can finish the diary! I also did not have any closing credit clips!! What happened to them? It leaves the game totally unresolved!
Good game but have to pay for more
I was really excited to download this game. Loved the concept and good story line. I completed the first chapter the colosseum and was excited to move to the chapter Taj Mahal. Imagine my disappointment finding out that in order to progress you had to pay to continue playing. Real shame.

I loved playing Amber’s Airline, but between her wishy-washy personality, the glitch I had with the bracelets in the last location, and how much ridiculously harder the levels got at the end, I was glad to finally finish the game.

I’ve been playing this game for a while and I must admit I got really attached to the story fo things, like Jesus Christ people actually died in the game but I get to the end of the game for it to be abruptly ended, no explanation, no feeling of accomplishment and 100% disappointment, I even payed for the subscription for a month to get all I could out of the game but still feel ripped off and upset that it went through as a good idea to leave the game to end like that. Now if there is going to be a number ambers airline or not it doesn’t matter because it was left to abruptly I’d be surprised if anyone even went back to play the third one as it’s just not worth it. It doesn’t even show David in the last episode or explain anything about amber and David’s relationship (or the disaster it is) as they obviously had to fly back home together, it gives closure on her farther but nothing else, no love interest and nothing on the funeral as the 2 girls are literally on the opening image of the game but nahhh just cut out out mid game. You must understand the frustration I am feeling about this and how other people would be feeling about the rubbish ending. At least the first game had a decent ending that didn’t even need a second game, it’s like a money grab as the first game was entirely free but the second game was add after add, now that can be understood but to pay for the adds to go away and to not use the pink stars to unlock the rest of the game, just to cheap out at the end. . . That’s not ok
Fun but....
Great game, very enjoyable and nice to have a time management game that is free (via adverts) only thing is the game is faulty in that you cannot get the last 3 diamonds so you cannot complete the diary and there’s no end video, I ended up finding the last chapter video on YouTube and the game ends on a cliff hanger also still not tied up loose end of her love life that has been running throughout the 2 games so I’m hoping a 3rd is on the way

I love the first game - high hopes - and found they made a second one but you have to pay after the first ten levels 😭 I was really looking forward to finish the second game but refuse to but the upgrade such a shame as I want to be an air hostess and love this game in particular 😕😕please reply and tell me what you’ll do and please take the money scheme off
Not my favorite
I really enjoyed the first Amber’s Airline, but I wasn’t too impressed with this one. I was really disappointed in the lack of an ending. In addition, I don’t like the fact that it gets more difficult to obtain stars meaning you have to play levels multiple times to buy all the upgrades. Go back to the usual format!

I thought you could play the game for free by watching the ads like the previous game but unfortunately you have to buy it. That’s a shame because I really did enjoy the previous one but I can’t afford to buy it. Making the first game free and then making people buy the second one so they can continue the story... wow great!
Diamonds
I am unable to earn more diamonds as I have earned them all and when I play a level again I don’t get that diamond a second time. I am 2 diamonds away from buying the last clothing article so I can get the lady 2 trophies. Help!
