Love the game , but loading issues are annoying
I really love playing this game , but the constant updates and loading bugs are super frustrating . Even with a strong internet connection, the game gets stuck at 1% on the loading screen. Please fix this issue!

bring back the old version
this was my favorite hidden object game….from the past. i redownloaded it to play and now it forces you to play different game modes. what happened to us playing which location we wanted to play?? and without the fog, darkness, etc
How Long
First of all, it’s been a couple of years now since I’ve been able to build a hotel because it says we are working hard to get back to the game or whatever. Now for several months, the game is just broken. When it gets to where you might be able to play, it doesn’t work, it freezes up. It’s been like this for months. I’ve been trying to be really patient, but I think a couple of years is way more than being patient. Get rid of the game or fix it. That’s the bottom line.

Won’t even load
I’ve deleted and downloaded this game like 5 times and it won’t load past 1% I even tried connected to wifi and it still won’t load

Best game on my phone! J’y joue tous les jours et ce plusieurs fois par jour, un des seuls jeux qui ne demande pas trop d’énergie pour un niveau et qui n’est pas un genre de candy crush, mais un cherche et trouve! Le jeux donne assez souvent de l’énergie illimité pendant 2h ce qui te permet d’accumuler pleins d’étoiles et très rapidement. Les niveaux sont juste assez difficiles, mais pas trop je suis au niveau 400 et j’adore toujours autant ce jeux. Le seul problème sont les bugs. Certe c’est un vieux jeux mais svp corriger les bugs, par moment je ne peux pas terminer des niveaux à causes de stupides bugs. Je recommande FORTEMENT, pour ceux qui aime les jeux de rénovation/cherche et trouve et qui sont tannée de devoir attendre pour de l’énergie!
Used to be good
Lame 😒. Not sure why the game was changed, but it constantly freezes. There is always a glitch. The grandfathers house is never updated with missions. Not worth the download.

Can’t progress!
Enjoying the game, but get to a point where I’ve collected all the pieces to the puzzle, and it tells me to tap to continue, and no matter where I tap on the screen, nothing happens! So I can’t progress. Frustrating.

Used to be my favorite game, but now it’s ruined!
I just redownloaded after a long break and found that you cannot select the scenes you want to play nor do they show how many levels you have done for each scene. Rather you just hit play and have continuous random scenes of varying levels. I hate not having the option anymore. Also there are a lot of scenes with clouds or nighttime/flashlight challenge that are very difficult and waste energy because it takes several attempts to pass it. I’m so sad you guys ruined a good game
Game won’t load
The past few days the game won’t get past the opening screen which has caused loss of daily streak

I loved this game and even when you changed it, I still played it. It has stalled with no new areas or stories and I am saddened by this. I am at level 2471 with no new areas to fix but the beach still has lots of greyed out areas I could fix. Sad.
Play this if you like to be frustrated.

I love this game but every time I try to complete a task it freezes and won’t let me do anything
Don’t like the game update at all
I liked the game when it was just hidden object only, after the update I lost all progress and had to start all over again, which will be my 3rd time starting over and logging into facebook should have saved my original game.
Disgruntled
I love playing this game, however I have had issues with it from the get go. Now I can’t even get it to load, it freezes as the elevator opens up or just simply closes. You need to do some serious work on the bug issues before I will play it again.

Honestly all of you developers are exactly the same. It doesn’t matter what game you want to play you get stuck at a paywall. If you want to continue to enjoy it you need to pay for it. I’m over this game I deleted it. The fog and dark clouds every single level makes it impossible to move forward. Oh and the 10 measly coins you get after completing a level you tried 7-8 times to win is an absolute joke. Maybe one day we won’t get ripped off but I doubt it. Also take your automatic response somewhere else developers. I don’t want to hear it. You’re all a bunch of AI monkeys. I’m over it. When you’re ready to take your consumers seriously you can hit us up but until then enjoy ripping people off on your stupid game.

Glitchy game
Fun story and game. However it's so glitchy that some days it will randomly give me errors that it's signed in on another device. Then I have had it say it needs an update and then I've lost my coins that I paid for. I wish this ran smoother.
Keeps freezing
I have played this game for some time now and really enjoyed the update and new game mode, but lately the game has been unable to get past the start as it keeps freezing. It's such a shame as I do like the having the choice of playing the original game or the new set up to collect the stars.

Freezing
I’ve played this game for years, even before it was officially released. I do not care for many of the updates such as the match 2 and no longer being able to choose what scene you do your search in. It also freezes constantly. I have to close the app and reopen three to four times before I can actually use the stars I’ve earned. It’s very frustrating and I am considering deleting the game due to this. Before you ask, yes I have the most up to date version possible. Please fix this as I used to truly love the game.
Choosing levels?
After this update it doesn’t seem like we can choose the level we wish to play- are we stuck with whatever level you tell us we’re on now?? Because I was close to earning stars on some and now I can’t see anything which is disappointing
It’s working after four months
The game kept freezing and wasn’t coming off the loading screen for months ago. So then my phone offloaded it in the background as I wasn’t using it. I tried to give it a chance a few days ago and it just worked perfectly fine especially after updating it. i’m happy to be playing this game again as I’ve been playing it for years.
Full of bugs still
Used to love this game but now it's not even usable with the amount of bugs. Freezes randomly. Won't let me choose the hidden challenges to get stars.

I’ve had glitches throughout the whole time playing. On the last scene I can only get so far then up pops something for me to buy things for the game and I can’t finish the scene. Please fix this to where I won’t be stonewalled from playing unless I buy something.

Brilliant but......
Been playing this daily everyday and really enjoy it but for some reason for the past 2 days it won’t load. Any one else struggling? Please sort it out soon!!! Still struggling even though I have updated it can’t get beyond the first page before it crashes soooooo disappointing as it’s my fav game at the moment😢. Well after reading lots of other reviews it appears there is no support to be seen by the team. Come on play fair people!!!! Another 3 weeks numerous updates but can’t get past the free spin and it shuts down and still no support or reply what is the point of giving reviews if you don’t care anyway how we rate your game. Totally disappointed with you. I deleted this game again as it won’t get beyond play before shutting down. Left it a couple of months then downloaded it again. The tittle speaks for itself but I think it’s because a pop up trying to get you to spend all your money appears the same frame the characters starts to talk yea one star

I absolutely love this game I would give 5 stars but the game is so different on iOS than android I had to buy an android so I could play it the old fun way but you need to setup where I person can watch videos to get more try’s it used to be there please go back…
Can’t play
I have played this game for years. For the last few weeks every time I go to play, it freezes and will not open at all. I haven’t been able to play at all. I really enjoy the game but if I can’t play what’s the point?

Wrong name with images
Hello, I’ve noticed that some levels have wrong name with images. Such as Bed level - the word was carnival mask but there was no mask and I had to use hints. Turns out it was the hair dryer ??? Pls fix asap . Thanks
