Only one complaint… It takes a LOT more stars to get anything. It now takes 10 to progress in the story line.
Good at first, but becomes pay to win
I truly enjoyed this game at the beginning. It’s easy to learn and the story draws you in, but the higher the level, the harder the play without spending real money. Something that in this day and age is something most of us are trying to hold onto. I stopped playing the game hoping things would change, but I see it is the same. It takes so many levels to complete a very small task like placing one small bush or tree, and you still only get one minuscule free move for watching not one, not two, but 3 adds back to back, which usually takes about 1 1/2 minutes (if you figure 30 seconds per ad). I really loved this game, but I may have to delete it for games that put their players first and not their pockets.
Good game, BUT
I started playing last night and was excited to get to the vampire content…. Not only is there no story, all the good stuff like outfits and decor are locked behind a paywall. And if you’re not paying, you’re stuck waiting to claim items. That’s been very disappointing and greedy on the dev’s end.

Can not reload game
I play this game 6 to 7 hours a day! (Retired) I was having trouble with game so I rebooted iPad, deleted game, rebooted iPad again, then tried to reinstall game again. Error states opps, something went wrong. Contact support. This has been going on for 2 days! Know one seems to be able to help!
Game will not load
Game is super cute and was fun but now all of a sudden I can’t open the game and keeps saying to download new chapters but when I try it says I don’t have “operational internet” and all my other games that require internet still work so I’m confused. Hopefully this will fix soon because I really did enjoy playing and would like to continue.

Game freezes regularly
Love this game have played for several years. Very frustrating/ new ads especially ones like Guardio freeze the game and you can’t get back to it. You then lose the progress where you are and often lose mini games 😒

I think the game is average at best. The graphics are generally good though the gameplay on the levels is glitchy and the graphics in the levels are rough at best. The story is good but very slow I’ve downloaded the game on and off a few times but I always get bored of the story because I find it too slow! Overall an ok game but not great

This game never loads completely when restoring game progress. Oh well. I never played much anyway. Can’t miss what you never played to start with. I am deleting this game and finding something else to play.

The app will not open.. It says to contact support, however when I click the link, there is no option to do that.. I cannot even open the game, nothing will load.. I love this game, so I am not leaving a bad review at all, just leaving one to see if someone can look into this please :)

Lost Me
I know you won’t care, but I just downloaded the game. Right off the bat the character abuses the name of God. I delete any and all games who feel the need to do this. It’s offensive and completely unnecessary. I’m sure many players will feel the same way I do and you will lose those whom you could have had to play your game.
Good but..
I enjoy it but wish it had more customization colors and options in the house and for dresses.. some of these are just horrible.. you cannot match the already placed furniture to the new ones you place and can only customize the new stuff.. kinda meh on that part.. also we should be gifted free dresses and shouldn’t have to pay 4.99 each event to gain more dresses…

Good game, except for a persistent and utterly miserable bug
The storyline is fun as are the puzzles. I was enjoying this game very much. But… it’s been a discouraging experience for almost three months because I have been plagued by a persistent bug where progress is repeatedly removed. I have now been returned to the same level three times, once having lost as many as 24 levels of progress in the game. Very frustrating, especially after having paid to purchase access to upper levels in an event. One other person in my in game group has been having the same issue. Hopefully, this bug gets fixed one day because, except for that, I would have given the game five stars. I strongly advise new participants to make sure this bug is not on board before you make any in game purchases.

I like the game but I’m perfect at it and I run out of moves a lot and if I can’t get 800 moves after that I have to get another move for free and I only get one and I don’t appreciate it
Lots of bugs
Been playing this game for a year now and conceptually I love it. The events are enjoyable, mini games are fun. However over the last 4 months I’ve noticed bugs in the game (hence low rating). The buffs that are awarded for 10 mins works for 1 game and disappears. I know I didn’t send 10 mins on that level. This has happened frequently. I’m playing in English but some times the message pops up in some other language, usually after I lose a level. The later story plots also cost a lot of stars and we only get 1 star for yellow and purple levels. It is incredibly brutal for story progression. I wish we get 2 stars for purple level. If the bugs can get fixed I would update my review.
No chances given!
Too many ads, even if you collect a prize you have to watch a video. Each move clears just one item which is therefore using up all the lives . Also I haven’t managed to ‘rescue’ anyone yet!

I had a stroke and am awake most nights. Yesterday, I spent $5.49 for the Royal Card, $1.99 for the Special Deal and $3.99 for a Special Offer which would’ve given me almost 13 - 14 hours of free play. LESS THAN TWO HOURS IN: my FREE playtime was cut down to SIX hours‼️🤯😭💔 I enjoy this game and have spent well over $1000.00 playing it over the years but as time goes by: this problem gets worse and worse and keeps ripping people off: DO NOT BUY THE PACKAGES‼️💯😡😤
