No me aplica el descuento por Alamo Insiders
Hola bendiciones, tengo un problema y es que cada vez que reservo un carro pues no me aparece el descuento por ser Alamo Insiders, quisiera que me explicaran el motivo del que no se refleja en la reserva. Ya revise no agregándome como Insiders y me presenta el mismo monto de renta, entonces es algún fallo en la aplicación supongo, espero respuesta gracias. Al ayudarme con esto colocaré las 5 estrellas.

Horrible Customer Service/Scummy Comapny
Will never use this app or company to rent a car again. Got into an accident that wasn’t even our fault. Tried to contact support during the accident and they could not get us to the right person to get the necessary information. By the time we got everything figured out after looking like fools during this process we were told that we should not have to pay for damages as the accident was not our fault. We followed the directions that were given to us during this phone call. We returned the car the next day and went out of our way during our vacation to get the necessary information that was asked for. This information was then given to the people at the drop off location and we were told that everything looked great. A couple months go by and we get a bill in the mail for damages to the car and that we were at fault after they did their “review” despite this not being the case and the other driver even admitted that it was their fault! On top of this, they even provided pictures of the damages and some of the damages that were noted in the pictures were already present on the vehicle before we even drove it off the lot! So they’re trying to make us pay for damages that were not our fault and damages that were already present on the car before this accident! I usually don’t leave reviews but this was a very terrible experience and scummy on their end. I guess you’re just a free punching bag when you rent a car because no matter what you’ll be at fault for the recklessness of others while they don’t have to pay a dime.

can no longer save a credit card
at some point Alamo seems to have removed the ability to save a credit card, both in the app and on the website. That really slows down the process of booking a "skip the counter" reservation. Oddly the sister apps for National and Enterprise still allow me to save a credit card. So I'll be using one of those companies going forward unless Alamo is the only choice at a location.

RESERVATION WAS USELESS
Had a confirmed reservation with Alamo at the airport, but when I arrived they said there were no cars available. The app was still showing multiple options, which made it even more frustrating. No explanation, no help. Very disappointing experience.
Horrible Application
Anytime I try to do anything accommodating for my account it gives me an error message. Ive waited for the app to be debugged sooner but apparently its on the low priority list. In example you cannot save reservations to your account even if you use the same email as your account?

White screen of death
I repeatedly get a ‘white screen of death’ and no explanation whenever I click Skip the Counter, after having provided all personal details (which was really the only reason I had to download the app at all). Some data entry is not as easy as I expected. 2 stars may be a little generous.
Accessible current and future rentals but inaccessible past rentals
I have had good experiences renting with Alamo and using the app — besides how slow it is on iOS compared to Android — for current and future rentals. However, when I tried to access my past few rentals booked through Costco Travel, the app always “spins and loads” and jump me out of the past rental details (i.e., I cannot browse anything). Please have this fixed as it’s also happening to my Android phone.
Best car rental
Alamo is our favorite rental car company. The staff is very friendly, the process to pick up and drop off is seamless. We highly recommend.

Good but flawed
Smooth UX but the keyboard gets stuck and blocks the done button when adding flight info and trying to back out of it. Also the add passenger and add flight info are maybe too big? Too easy to hit by accident. Otherwise good app.

What’s wrong with the app??? I have installed and disinstalled several times and still not working…. All titles, menus are showed as if they were still under construction😩😩😩
Slow app. Every page has a loading circle that comes up.
3.5 stars simply because it is slow loading pages. Most of the app is easy to navigate, but there are a few things that were a little challenging to locate, including where to change the password.

Clunky and slow, poorly designed
Surprisingly user unfriendly. Clunky, slow, inefficient design, mostly a waste of time. It would help a lot if those who designed it actually used it themselves in real life….

Alamo app keeps on crashing with showing error. Updated, deleted and redownloaded with same issue. Completely useless app if you can’t even get to the app.
