Excellent 🙏first time user
Hard to use
This app sucks. Very difficult to use. At least for me. It logs me out all the time. And impossible to log back in. I have recertification coming up and I can’t communicate with the RV person because I can’t figure out how to log back in.

Good
RV got cancelled. Customer service didnt help.
Our RV got cancelled only hours before departure. RVesy was not helpfull in any way to help us find a new RV.
Portland weather
We reserved an RV from Aaron Vigna for 3 days at the end of June. We picked up the camper . Set it up and things were good . Then the event I was attending got canceled.Rained all weekend in the Portland/Vancouver areas . I notified Aaron as soon as I found out about the cancellation. Agreed to get it returned the next day . Aaron denied all my requests for any kind of refund . I reserved it for 3 days used it for 1. Was willing to split the difference and pay for 2 nights . Nope he would not refund me any of my money .... because he "could" have rented it to someone else. He was so worried about loosing any money he forgot that I paid $787 for one night . At least RVezy was fair . Credited me back my booking fee and gave me a voucher for next time .

Don’t use
It’s a scam. We rented and paid for a travel trailer where the renter said take it to the beach, the mountains, your favorite park. Then when he found out, we were taking it out of state, we live in Florida. He canceled on us!
Easy to use
Fees are pretty high! Good response to inquire and easy to talk to adviser. Hope deposit refund is also prompt. It was twice what other services ask
Great, first transaction
Just finished my first rental and everything went very smoothly. Your company makes it very easy to deal with the renters.
It doesn't work
It doesn't work, the search doesn't show any options for rentals, it gives an error when trying to authorize a phone number
Great Experience
I wanted to take a family trip out to the Grand Canyon and this app was perfect and easy to use. Was able to find a RV close by and set up was very easy. My only criticism would be the payment system. It was bit odd how it handles payment and deposits and such… it disperses payments in chunks which made planing financially a bit arduous taking a small down deposit then withdrawing a large chunk at a later date. Then an additional deposit just before the pickup. It kinda works, it’s just a bit wonky though.
Professional and Helpful
I am really happy with how professional and helpful RVezy has been. They are the perfect platform to rent your RV or camper through.
App is easy but the company is terrible
The app worked fine for the functionality, but we rented an rv through the app and it ended up being a bait and switch. The rv was nothing what was advertised and the rv actually functionally stopped working, ruining our entire vacation. I tried working with the company and they would not even acknowledge the pictures and listing was not even close to what was offered. I tried working with them and they were not willing to talk or discuss. I would never recommend this company to anyone as they do not stand behind the end customer and only want to look out for how much money they can keep. I would rate zero stars if I could.
Review
We have a very nice experience with RVezy and with the owner of the motorhome in particular. The owner was very friendly and always available. The app is very user-friendly and well-arranged. After the first communication with the owner, we switched to WhatsApp because it works easier and faster, especially during the trip. Finally, I would like to thank the owner for the advice and service they provided.
App and rental process works well
Everything was smooth and easy. Thank you.
Can’t log in due to some error
It says email and passwords do not match, but I can log in on the website, and even after changing my password to something else it still doesn’t work…
Easy to use
But suggest pricing flexibility on starting of journey. Agreed with owner to pick up the RV later, so the system just skipped the starting checking process automatically.
Amazing
Love this app
