What people like

What they complain about

- Credit card payments keep failing
- PIN setup process is broken
- Cannot add time to session
Parking
Sometimes need to visit multiple clinics and require different parking spots. However, even if parking time has not been used at previous parking spots a new ticket has to be taken at the new parking spot. Some adjustment of the time till expiry of previous ticket should be taken in to account
Will not take my Visa Card Info
Tried to set up the App and when I enter my Visa data and then hit enter it says I can not connect to the network. Tried multiple times. Ironically I used the same Visa card to pay for parking at the machine on site at the Rockyview Hospital this past week. Please fix the app Alberta Health!
Makes things easier
The app is easy to use and very useful. It is great that it’s by plate and not by parking stall. The only recommendation is to have an audible 5 min warning in advance reminder that time is almost up. This would allow the person ample to take action if required.
Glitchy
I was getting repeated errors, it worked when I turned off the wifi. Then it wouldn’t load my credit card info. Then it said “card already on file” but it didn’t have the option to charge the card. So I used another CC, then I had to “re-quote” because it timed out when I was getting my second CC. So I had to put my info again.
Can’t add time
Can’t add time
No brainer
Quick and easy on the cell. Good job!
Complete rip off
Complete rip off
Unable to add time
Had to create new sessions every time, as the app gave an error when trying to add time to an active session.
Network error
Cannot add bank card.
Not user friendly
My card had a new expiry and the steps that it takes you through are not sequential nor intuitive. Had to go to the parking office for assistance.
Easy to use
Nobody likes to pay for parking but the app makes it super easy.
Can’t open on iPhone
Shows open in App Store but will not open on my iPhone and I am 15.8
Have to delete and re-add at every use
Every time I use the app it says my credit card won’t work. In order to make it work, I have to delete the app, re-download it, sign in again, then it finally works. Very frustrating.
Parking AHS
Not completely obvious what is the correct process on the app. But eventually it works
Excellent
Most Excellent Service.. Always easy to use.
Crashes immediately after opening
Version 9.8.1 crashes immediately after opening on iPhone SE v1 running IOS 15.8.8 No change after hard reset and deleting/reloading app. Previous versions of app worked fine.
Love the app
So easy and convenient to pay for parking and you can see how much time is left and then add on without trying to find a place to pay.
Won’t let me enter MC
Will fight any tickets
Great App!
This makes it so easy to pay for parking at the hospital. It sends a reminder 10 minutes before your time expires so you can add more time if needed and doesn’t let you pay more than the daily maximum
Very difficult!
Very difficult!
Foothills visit
This tech is great, no fighting for keosk locations simple format. Handy
Terrible
The app asks for a PIN and has a series of conditions attached to what the pin cannot be; only problem is no matter what you put in it rejects it. Whoever put this “security” feature in is an imbecile
Convenient
So easy to use
Won’t open
Arrived, parked, checked in then paring app doesn’t open. If I get a ticket I’ll be so sick it will break the government by testing me for illnesses
Love it
It’s so convenient, and easy to use. Love the app!
Expensive
I absolutely hate how much money these guys charge.
AHS parking
Convenient and efficient
Glitch
Logged in, it sent 6 digit code, I entered it and then it asked for a 4 digit pin. I don’t have a 4 digit pin for the app. I tried deleting app and reinstalling it but it went through the same thing again. It’s not working.
