Access too Hard
As a long time subscriber of great products Signing in to access the app every month is very frustrating Every time Something is wrong And I fail to access great content There for I don’t Yes my loss I have so many loyalty points I am never going to be able to use How about those who have so many point be able to get automatic access to the app Redeem points for access Just an idea I have accessed the app using a store receipt And it was a much easier process But not always ideal as I am a long term product subscriber I look forward to easy access one day soon Please X
4 stars because no iPad version of the app yet
Please make this app available on iPad. It currently doesn’t make full use of an iPad screen which is really not helpful for looking at recipes while cooking. We need a big screen to glance at from a distance when following along with a recipe. Will give 5 stars when iPad app is available, because I otherwise love everything about the app. I love that you can shop for the vitamins etc in the app and create a meal plan etc and the recipes are so good like this is rare but I actually like about 90% of the recipes in the app. But it’s really hard to follow along with them and cook them when there is no iPad app because I can’t see the recipe on a big screen and I’m not going to use my phone to look at recipes while I’m cooking. Please make it happen! Will be forever grateful.

They don’t give calories or macros per serving. How do you know if they are good to eat?
Serving portions vary
I love the recipes in this app and have used it on and off for years. I’m a big fan! My only two gripes are : The serving portions vary from recipe to recipe making it very hard to do a quick shopping list as you need to multiply amounts manually. If the portion size was standardized to two portions per recipe it would solve this! The other suggestion would be to have a quick add button on any given recipe. It’s a lot of back and forth between screens to set up a weekly meal plan. If there was a plus sign on the top right of every recipe that you could tap to add to your plan for the week that would resolve this. Other than that, I love it!

Super helpful app!
I love this app for the workouts and recipes, I’ve found it really helpful to stay on track because you don’t have to think if you don’t want to, you can just do the assigned ‘Monday’ workout or use the automated meal plan for ideas. One thing I would love to see is the ability for the app to ‘cast’ to a TV for the workouts. I’ve found it will only ‘screen mirror’ (Apple) on some TVs. Thank you!
Not user friendly
Love the concept of the app and content it provides however I am unable to use it on my brand new iPhone 12mini. There are many icons and tabs in the app to click on to navigate through however they’re not able to interact with on the new iPhone 12 mini. It’s a shame as I’d happily pay for an annual subscription.
Logging in is impossible
I like the app and recipes. But man the sign in is impossible. I’ve had so many issues signing in. Even called technical support and they were also confused by what they were seeing. You can enter all you login details and it literally won’t sign in it will just sit on the page. You literally can’t sign in I’ve tried on multiple devices. Super annoying. I’m hoping it gets fixed because I would rate this app 5 stars if it wasn’t so difficult to login.
Perfect little place to plan
Well thought out app, easy to use with so many amazing recipes and useful articles to read plus good little workouts. Highly recommend for anyone needing that extra push and help with motivation in creating a routine

Nutritious and Delicious
Love the recipes. They are simple, nutritious and very tasty. My go to for every day but also very impressive when you have guests over. Would give 5 stars but some of the measurements are in cups rather than grams and find poking coconut oil and peanut butter etc into a cup difficult. This also means more washing up.
Meh
I know it’s new but it’s very glitchy which makes it hard to use. Also why would I want stuff separate in a shopping list?? A list is only helpful when it’s actually a list rather than a series of recipes I have to click through. If I wanted things to be difficult I could do that on my own.
I really want to love this app…
I really do want to love this app… but I open it and it just stays on the green screen and nothing happened 1/2 the time. I’ve deleted, redownloaded a few times without any luck. It’s a great program and app… when it works :-(

Horrible User Interface
I love JSHealth, I take a number of the vitamins and make a lot of the recipes. However, I’m so close to switching to another platform because the UI is unbearable. It takes SO long to load, when you’re trying to search for a recipe the latency between typing each letter is unbearable and it constantly says my ‘internet connection seems to be offline’ which it never is, both on wifi, 4G and 5G. As well as this, I can’t utilise the Favourites, Breakfasts, Mains etc. tabs as when I click into them they either don’t load with more than 4 recipes or breakfast options are in the mains etc. I’ve had to delete and re-download the app a number of times but to no avail, still doesn’t work. Constantly checking for app updates as well, nothing. Extremely disappointing, likely end up switching to Kayla Itsines or Steph Claire-Smiths or something of the sort. Really hoping they have a UI/UX team or something to address it.
Really great app, so much useful content
Been using this app about a year. I use it every week for recipes, great healthy treats and meal ideas. I also do the workouts which are excellent, varied and some very challenging. I would LOVE a web or tablet version or even airplay/chromecast support - finding workouts difficult using a tiny phone screen :)
Very impressive app
I only gave this app 3 star for two reasons. I use the app on my Apple iPad and mobile. And as I switch from devices I have to sign back in every time. Also it would be nice if the app on the iPad moved with the iPad as it changed from portrait to landscape when following a recipe like it does when you do a workout. Otherwise I love it so far. Food is very tasty and easy to follow. With most items already in the pantry. Keen to try some vitamins. Thank you JS health.
Great recipes
Thanks so much for the delicious recipes. I’m vegetarian and the veggie meals I’ve tried are easy, delicious and have become part of my weekly routine. I’m very happy to have this app as a perk of my ongoing vitamin subscriptions.
Great content but app is difficult and I struggle to get support
I love the recipes and content of this app but every time it signs me out I cannot sign back in. I try to contact the team for assistance but can’t get any help. I attempt to sign in and it says my email isn’t registered but then I try to register and I am told that I can’t sign up because my email is already registered ? I have been forced to cancel my subscription solely because I can’t sign in ! I’ve now had to find another app for my meal planning which is unfortunate because I prefer the content of this app.
Love the recipes, hate the app technical glitches!
I love all the recipes posted on the app given the huge variety. However, every few days I have to delete the app and re-install again. Other times, the app won’t recognize my login. It is not fair to the great content so I hope the app team will do something about it as it is super frustrating.
Some Issues
We are a family of 6 I am trying to Meal plan for. I love all the recipes and the fact that you can have it set up on a calendar and it creates your shopping list for you. But my biggest issue is that you cannot set the number of servings for each recipe like you can in the FitOn app that features JS Health recipes. This makes it very challenging and defeats the purpose for why I downloaded the app, which was to make my meal planning significantly easier. Now I still have to comb through all the ingredient and add up how much of each I will need for the week. Such an easy feature to implement, I don’t understand why it’s not there when there are so many others ways you can customize. I don’t know if I will keep this app if they don’t add this feature because it makes a world of difference.
Frustrating app
I selected all the menu selected all the ingredients I needed to Start my week and the menu changed to all different recipes. So frustrating I spent over 2 hours going through it
Disappointed
I’m allergic to egg and dairy and a find a lack of recipes. Also just disappointed in general, there really aren’t many recipes for what you pay for. I purchased the JS health program a few years ago and that is way better. Wish I didn’t buy a full year subscription, don’t think it was worth my money and now I can’t even use it
Love the content, use of app a bit challenging
I love this app but on my phone the buttons at the very top of the page are SO hard to press. It almost seems like the page is too big for the phone and to select meals to add to the meal plan get caught up in the time and the battery levels at the top making it really hard to press. Can your tech have a look at this because all the exercise classes and recipes are amazing it’s just the use of the app which is a bit challenging.
No order number
The app looked good. But when trying to set up an account , it asks for an order number which I don’t have as I ordered via Amazon. Oh well… app deleted and the day goes on

No free trial
Most of these apps have free trials to see if this is the right app for you. But such a waste of time downloading it and it takes you straight to payment without giving an idea about the app. Cannot view anything just preview option to see the titles! Cannot see how its laid out and everything so you know if its easy to follow or not. Will be uninstalling this now!
Beautiful and easy to use
I love the app and how it’s set up, it’s easy to use and work through. Im excited to try the different types of workouts too. I’d love to know the kilojoules in recipes... unless they’re already provided and I’ve missed them somewhere.
New app user
I’ve only just downloaded the app, I’ve been doing a lot of research looking for the right app for me. This app looks fabulous, the recipes are very extensive and great quality, developed by a dietitian and can be filtered by intolerance or preference. The meal planner is handy and the shopping list will make life easy. The only short coming I’ve discovered is that it doesn’t tally the calories for the meals chosen in a day and let you know if you’re in deficit or over your target when you select the recipes for each meal. From what I can see so far I’m going to need a separate app to add my daily meals so I know if I’m on track. Dev, please let me know if I’m missing that function of the app, as calorie management is crucial to my goal of weight loss.

Very disappointed
I have always been motivated by Jess’ advice. I’ve bought many things such as books, vitamins, a programs online. However, this app won’t let me even create an account to purchase it! If you design an app and a person who works in IT for a living can’t get it to work, there’s a problem. I was really excited about this. Now I just feel disappointed and a tad shocked. I would hate for anyone to judge Jess’ abilities or knowledge on how non-functional this app is. Such a shame.
Enjoying the app
I have had the app for around a month and I am enjoying all the recipes. Over the last week though the app keeps logging its self out and I am having to log back in each time I use it, which is a little frustrating as I use very often
Love it but unusable on iPhone 12 mini
Love the concept and all-in-one convenience of the app. Content, brand and conveyor wise this is amazing and I can’t wait to get stuck into this holistic health app but one thing that’s stopping me.... it’s actually unusable on a iPhone 12 mini! The universal navigation buttons at the top right and left side of the screen overlap with the 12mini notifications area (battery/wifi and time) and as such is not tappable or functional. So when I want to access my settings or click back from a page I actually can’t and I’m now stuck on certain pages in the app. Please please fix ASAP as I really want to get into my jshealth and get started on my holistic health journey!!
Good for the soul
Love all of Jess recipes each so full of flavour & super easy to make.
Too Expensive
I think the price point is outrageous when we can get free recipes on Pinterest. I would pay maybe $4 a month. Really when we are already paying for Netflix, Apple Music, memberships that are significantly lower. Perhaps having different membership levels would make it more attractive to me.
Great app!
Great app team. Works well the meal and plan are great for ideas. I would suggest including your calories or KJs for each meal so you can track your intake. The hits, time and number people is great having the calories would just elevate the app to be the one stop shop for ones fitness and health in one place.
New to the app
I think it’s super informative, how navigation is something like all things to get used to. We used to ticking off what we need but here it has the reverse function. I am super charged up to start using the app. I would however like to drop some weight whilst doing so too. I would like guide line to eating lower fat meals basically.

I feel nourished just scrolling through all of the amazing ideas, especially the smoothie recipes for my JS health protein powders! Yum!
Disappointing
I wanted to love this app as I think Jess and her message are great, but the functionality is clunky at best and the usability is not intuitive. For example, why can’t you pull your favorited recipes?? You have to scroll back through the full list which is both annoying and inefficient. Also, why are the recipes not in a single scroll/card? When you’re mid recipe and your fingers are full of peanut butter, I don’t want to have to toggle between the ingredient list and method, smearing oil all over my phone screen. Finally, I find the variety of recipes to be a bit lackluster. I’m glad I only signed up for a month as I won’t be continuing.
Pretty good, needs a few additions
This is a beautiful app but I have some suggestions. I love the ability to build a meal for lunch but I’d like to be able to do that for the other meals and snacks too, for times when I want something simple like tuna salad for dinner. It would be nice to have the app’s help on this so I make healthier choices. I also feel like $15/month is way too much - for that price I’d like to see a food diary, water tracker, and fitness tracker added as well.
