Meal plan
Loving this app . The food is amazing . It’s nice to follow a meal plan that uses Whole Foods . My inflammation has reduced and bloating totally gone . Sleeping so much better . Sugar cravings almost gone
Low quality
So far the only workouts I’ve had have been in someone’s living room with a massive echo. I came from tiffxo so am used to quality production. Hopefully it gets better than this because this is awful and not worth the money.
Great work outs
Love the 30 min work outs especially the weight training. Not enough variety of meals for pescatarian / all vego meals, I need my protein.
Ok App
Unfortunately not what I was after for my fitness journey. It had great workouts with fun coaches and some good meal suggestions but there wasn’t a way to track calories eaten or burned which would be a great progress monitor. I think adding in a section to do this and tracking weight loss would amplify this app. Being able to connect your Apple Watch to the system with workouts completed would also help. It would consistently show I didn’t complete the days and I was, just doing my own workouts not necessarily the app workouts. If I did the app workout and didn’t finish until the last second, it still wouldn’t count. I can see the app progressing and hope to return if there are updates like this.
Great program
Love the program but the app has lots of glitches. Will drop out at random times if screen is touched during workout.
Easy Wins Every Day: Meals, Movement & Motivation
By far the best program for simple health and weight loss! The weekly shopping lists have made a huge difference for me. I only shop once a week now because I don't forget anything, and I always have a week's worth of meals ready to cook. Plus, I'm LOVING the new easy meals I'm making for myself and the family. The variety of workouts is perfect too. I can do them anywhere, anytime, which makes staying consistent so much easier. But the real winner for me is the support. The community is incredible, and the 28ers are simply THE BEST! Most importantly, this program completely changed my mindset. The focus isn't on being perfect, it's about getting a little better each day and building consistency. That was the switch that finally clicked in my brain, and it's why this is the only program that's worked for me out of AAALLL the weight loss programs and apps I've tried. This is hands down the BEST! I'm 5kg down in a month and have lost around 16cm of unwanted fat from my body. Thank you, Sam and the entire 28 community! ❤️
Absolute waste of money
Not customised in the slightest. No contact at all, no check ins ect. Basically a fb group where other members help you, not staff. Apparently it used to be good and has taken a massive dive
Review
I would like to be able to look back to previous weeks to see when I’ve missed meals that I could still cook them when I need leftovers
Lots of glitches
The app was really good and I had no issues with it but since the transfer of Tiff it’s become so glitchy. The app crashes, it won’t open workouts without a complete restart, it will complete workouts that you haven’t done, recipe ingredients don’t match recipes or have wrong portions of ingredients.
Great weigh loss app
So good for price I’m doing the 8 week challenge and enjoying how easy it is to follow the food prep and exercise love the mindfulness section too for a busy week with kids!
Scam
If I could rate this app 0, I would. This is a scam! I unsubscribed as I was not using and have been charged for 2 payments of $146.99! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE
Very expensive
Given how expensive it is, it would be great if they just offered a meal plan as the meals are amazing. But lack of variety in the exercises and much better value fitness apps out there with more exercise variety.
Dance
First time joining had a lot of fun with the dance track and didn’t feel like exercising because I was having so much fun and can’t wipe the smile off my face 🙂
Terrible support and terrible product
This app is terrible and the alleged trainers and team are not helpful at all. Terrible customer service!!!!
AMAZING
Sam Woods’ 28-day challenge was really helpful and motivating for me. It included lots of different exercises, so I was never bored. It was also great to learn about balanced nutrition and healthy food choices.
Menopause plan
Should be doing heavy weights and zero mention of osteopenia exercises - if I could rate the program zero I would
Fantastic app!
Great meals fun exercises, keeping me consistent every day!
Terrible
Such a rip off!! canceled but continued to get charged. Workouts are really boring and I never feel like I have done anything. So disappointing and waste of money
Altogether fabulous!
Fabulous workouts (especially cardio and core on Mondays and strength on Wednesdays - both with Sam), great recipes with a sustainable balance of proteins, Carbs and fats and fabulous support from the 28 Family (staff and fellow participants). Highly recommend. I love it!! Ps special nod to walk n talk on Saturdays with Harps - what an awesome coach!!
Fraud
Do not sign up for a free trial. I have been charged x 2 times 3 months and then 6 months after I tried the free trial. There is no one to call only an email address. Total scam!
Make the commitment
Awesome programme, you will have no regrets purchasing! Do it for yourself, your family, your partner commitment together and grow healthier habits
Last update renders app completely inoperable
Using an iPad and all the app does it constantly refresh and reload. Can’t change meals, can’t move between days in the calendar. Landscape to portrait changes completely fry the app and it likes to add in ingredients to the shopping list that aren’t on the menu planning. We won’t be renewing our subscription given how broken this app is!
Flabby Fantastic
Such a great work out, love your positivity Sam and how you do as on small steps
Lack of transparency!!
I’m extremely disappointed with the SamWoodsBy28 program. The information provided about the ongoing direct debit and discounted 3 month trial was misleading and the cancellation process was not transparent. Despite making clear requests to discuss the matter via a telephone conversation, these requests were ignored, which I find both frustrating and unprofessional. A request was also made for tax invoices and a copy of the ‘agreement’ that I adhered too again to no prevail. Good customer service requires clear communication and a willingness to resolve concerns directly and you would think a genuine interest and care in clients making progress and checking in if it appears they have not been active on account (due to not being aware still being charged!!) Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I would not recommend this program based on the lack of transparency and poor responsiveness once issues arose.
👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
It’s so good it’s only been like 4 days and I can already slightly see results
Money hungry app
Won’t remind u when payment is due and will deduct without warning. Wouldn’t waste my money or time with this app.
