Best Wellness App
KIC literally has everything you could want from a wellness app
Can’t open the app
I used to love this app but it won’t go past the splash screen. Been trying for a few weeks and would like to sign up with the offer
Great App
Great app, easy to use with great recipes and workouts. I didn’t give it five stars as one of the girls who conducts the workouts is often talking over the trainer and not taking the workouts seriously. She interrupts him by trying to make jokes, but it’s actually when he’s giving directions on weight to use or the correct form for the exercise. I often have to go back and re listen so it can be pretty annoying. Other than that it’s great
App issue
Content is great but the app doesn’t work for iPhone IOS version 12.5.5. Please can you advise when this will be fixed? Thank you.
New app format
I wanted to ask about the new app format when you click on a workout and watch it, there is the bar for how long the workout is and that you can fast forward and rewind. It doesn’t move so if the instructor is on the floor you can’t see them do the workout. Don’t know of it Is a glitch can you give me some information on how to fix it.
The best in health & fitness apps!
I have been using the KIC app for literally YEARS. I use it on a daily basis for meditations first thing in the morning, followed by a workout which is currently a KICFIT gym workout and then I use the recipes on the app at least 4 times a week. I love the layout of the app which makes it very easy to use. I love the variety in recipes and how easy they are to make. My favourite part of the app is the huge range of workouts available; I love to keep mixing up my workout styles so this is perfect for me! I recommend this app to all of my friends wanting to live a healthy and balanced and FUN lifestyle!
Subscription
Cheaper subscription would be nice
The best!!
Literally the best work out app there is! Trust me!
I love Kic!
The app is brilliant and the programme is perfect for me. The daily workouts, the master classes and all the delicious recipes help keep me on track and organised during the week. Cannot recommend enough.
Amazing 🥰🌟
Just LOVE this app and all that the program has to offer. The variety of short yet effective workouts has helped me stick to regular exercise, and I can’t believe the value for money! Well done Steph and Laura and the KIC team 😊👏🏼
Definitely worth it!
Love this app! I used to be a bit scared of the hit workouts but now I live for them! It’s really great and the meals are so easy and tasty! The price point is fantastic for what you get and the workouts are so easy to follow. My only suggestion would be for the workouts to be integrated with the podcast app. (This is very selfish as my baby uses my Spotify for his white noise and that’s the only time I can train)
Great value for money!
I purchased KIC recently, loving it so far. Great for those who are still in lockdown. So easy to squeeze in one of the workouts during the day. The recipes are delicious as well!
A great app that sets a brilliant example for young women
I’ve been using this app for about 2 years and it’s really brilliant. The girls are super positive and set a great example to their audience in their messaging around mindset, health & body positivity. The workouts are a nice length and great for all abilities. It’s so great that they’ve added an equipment free bit during the Corona pandemic when we don’t have access to gym - life saver! And the wellness hub is a great addition that is missing from many competitor programmes. Whenever I’ve tried the recipes they’ve been delicious. The community Facebook group is worth a mention too - it’s super positive & a nice example of how everyone should be behaving online. Oh and I’ve been enjoying the podcast a lot too! The only thing I would say is that some gags in the workouts get replayed a bit (!) 😂 and when this pandemic is over it would be great to have some more generic content workout content filmed, as well as more variations in warm downs. But that’s such a minor thing. As a new female entrepreneur you two are very inspiring to me & I love supporting your business - I wish you all the success 💪 Xx
Best fitness app
I don’t usually write reviews but I am beyond happy with this app, the workouts are fun and are the perfect intensity and length to make you work hard and keep this up in a long term way. If you’re not sure then try out some of the workouts on YouTube, I did that and loved the style of them so decided to invest in the app. The trainer is clearly very well educated and having Steph and Laura do the workouts with you makes time fly. I use the run tracking feature a lot too. I would love it if there was somewhere I could track my weight/progress? Even if it was put somewhere discretely so it’s not in everyone’s face if they don’t want to use it. I feel like I’ve already made a lot of progress and it would be nice to track it somewhere- even if it’s just photos! Thanks to everyone involved in creating this, it has been a game changer, especially in this lockdown period:).
Best fitness and wellness app
Wow I’ve only just downloaded this last night but it’s amazing. The content is great. It’s easy to use and it has so many features. There’s loads of great and different workouts which are really easy to follow. There’s meditation, recipes, podcasts, trackers...basically everything you need to live a healthy lifestyle. Laura and Steph and their team have clearly worked incredibly hard on creating an A* app. Very, very impressed!!
