Wonderful
Great experience, easy to operate. I’ve also won small prizes. Love that you can gain rewards to use towards games.
Poor
Poor
Promotional drawings
Why can’t there be an app update that adds a tab to add as many drawings you want per drawing. Entering once per drawing takes too long. I want to be able to select 50 entries with one entry.
Free games
When I make a deposit and am awarded free games, the link to the games often does not work.
Entertaining
Very entertaining…. I’ve never won big but the app will bless you with enough pocket change to keep you playing 🤷🏽♂️
App
Ur app sucks & im leaving
App and rewards
App is glitchy. Rewards are horrible if you are a regular player. You’ll have a rewards balance you can never tap into. Do better. Give us a cash back option for rewards outside of the little bit you give.
Winning numbers don’t load
Love to play online games but never loads winning numbers when I’m trying to check them
Rewards
Have tried to redeem my losing tickets and it keeps saying rewards off line and I have done everything to get online and can’t
Error
Trying to submit a slip for Powerball and my app keeps saying error occurred and it will not allow me to play
It sometimes works
Whoever wrote this app doesn't have much experience. Or they talk the state of Virginia into thinking that they did. At any given time two or more features don't even work. Tapping winning numbers at the bottom today get you a blank screen. When you check other features, it says you don't have any payslips but when you tap to create some it just throws you back into some random page where it doesn't address payslips. When you ask for help to try to figure out what a payslip is and whether you need it, it sends you to a website where there is not a help section about each option, but rather a FAQ section with only two FAQs. Virginia has outsourced this to somebody else and they just don't care.
Finding my numbers
I can’t find my numbers after paying my money to play.
Genie Game Defect
I was in the middle of the double genie game. I was up by 500. I hit the bonus. Had five free plays on the bonus was on the third play. The wheel came up to spin and the entire game shut down and restarted. I did not receive any further monies, nor got to finish the bonus game.
Outlaw loot
Game froze mid play. Restart defaulted to sound page.
App scan for paper tickets does not work.
The use of the camera to scan paper tickets does not work properly. It fails to scan and never reads the bar code. It works okay for scratch tickets, but not for paper tickets for draw games. I’ve resorted to going to the retail machine to scan the paper ticket - and even that is hit or miss. I assume it has to do with patches and updates to the programming. They need to fix it. I’ve also had issues with the rewards tickets for retail machine credits…but occurs outside of the app and is just another way VA Lottery makes it difficult to redeem your prizes (monetary or rewards) Sigh.

Cant view pages. Winning numbers, draw page.
It’s like playing at a casino from my recliner!
I absolutely love this app! It takes me hours to drive to the closest casino if I want to play slot machines and have a little fun….. then I discovered the Virginia lottery app, now I can have some fun slot machine action without even leaving my house! I have won a fair amount of money here and there which adds to the fun and excitement, of course! I highly recommend this app!
