I love be able to play online-especially because it’s hard for me to get out. I love your customer service- they’re always so friendly and helpful. I really wish though that you would bring back the option of playing for more than 1 day at a time!
Unbelievably archaic and unstable
This app is so unintuitive and makes everything so difficult. Why do I need to give my SSN just to reset my password or check a ticket? After 3 or 4 levels of authentication. Now that I’ve finally got on a friend’s account that works, the ticket checker is down despite the rest of the app seemingly working. In store it’s infrared and a QR code on mobile, but it’s painful to get to where I feel insecure about my data. I know from experience how the state runs their digital fronts but the incompetency is on another level.

As soon as you get a bonus the games freezes on you.

2 times they have cancelled my withdrawals. They take your money but won’t give it back. Not to be trusted

I am having trouble with the app just spinning and not opening up is there any fix for this issue and I’m on iPhone iOS and I also seen it on android phones doing the same thing
Need password to save
I love the app, saves me trips to the store to scan my tickets but it is such a pain in the butt to have to login manually on the app every single time. There is no way to save it. Please update the app so the password saves. Thank u

With the most recent update, you need to login every single time to scan even a single ticket, that is ridiculous. Why not even have it store the login information for future use. Bad programming.
Horrible
Takes you through hell and back to get your money off once you finally win. The winning odds are slim to none but when you finally hit big it’s been over three weeks of them verifying my identity.

It’s stupid to need an account just to check a ticket. It’s even more stupid for the app to only allow residents of Pennsylvania to create an account. Residents of neighboring states also buy PA lottery tickets.
Personal info
No way I'm giving you all my personal info and the last 4 digits of my ssn just to scan lottery tickets.
It wants a copy of my Social Security card to check tickets?! No.
This app barely works and now it wants me to upload my sensitive documents? No, I don’t think I will. I’ll just stop buying scratch off tickets.
Disappointed
The lottery app has really gone downhill. I’ve been waiting three months to do consecutive drawings and I keep being told they are working on it. Now the bonuses are disappearing. I would use a Web cash bonus every Wednesday, hundred percent. And now it’s gone.
No bonus if you withdraw your money that you win
