I love this game
Hey owners I am 41years old it’s my birthday please say happy birthday
No more free play
Bring back free play. I can’t redeem points to play at the casino anymore.
Daily Spin update RUINS it all.
The Free Spin Daily Wheel is the RUINED with the new update. This will cost Wind Creek THOUSANDS of customers, if not more. This brought me TO the casino, the new update pushes people AWAY. This “sapphire” thing and the replacement of the old wheel will hurt them tremendously. WIND CREEK, undo the update back to how it was.
DAILY SPIN NOT WORKING
I’m only doing 3 stars because I pulled up my WindCreek App to get my daily spin and to my surprise it doesn’t even load, just the main playing part. On Casinoverse the daily spins work. I’m confused. Aside from that hiccup I love WindCreek. Once I can get my daily spins back I will give another review.
Cheap
Casino got cheap and started making free plays hard to get no matter how much you lose. I’ve lost 600 and got a $5 free play then used the stupid sapphires to get $10 and that was it. After giving them over $600 I get $15 of free play that didn’t give me anything back.
Horrible Update
Please go back to the old version!! Too animated & Complicated!
Horrible
The bonus is setup to take your cash. The worst app ever.
Update
I hate the new update and don’t like playing on Casinoverse. It’s making it harder to get free play now! Ughhhh
No free play
Ever since the app update in October, free play is hard to get. They used to give out so much more and now it’s based on getting Sapphires which is very hard to get! Bring back free play please!
WStore removed from the app entirely
The most recent update redirects you to a browser in order to browse or shop from the WStore. Massive inconvenience for users, genuinely inexplicable decision on the developers' part.
Don't ever play here
This app literally made me smash my phone and self included from all gambling. I've never seen a site set on instant auto lose more than this one I never wanna gamble again because of this site specifically fair warning to all
Updated App - Changes To Free Play
The app was updated on October 1, and as of that date I am no longer able to purchase any FreePlay through the Wind Creek app. All FreePlay now has to be purchased through Casinoverse. As all current users know, the previous version of the Wynn Creek app allowed you to purchase FreePlay with WScore points only. Now that option is gone. To earn FreePlay on Casinoverse, you will a significant number of sapphires. With a very limited number of sapphires being given out through normal play, you’ll be lucky to get $5 or $10 worth of free. This is very disappointing and will impact whether I go to a Wind Creek location.
Scam
I have put a couple thousand dollars on this site and never once one more than $10 please don’t waste your money. There’s so many other sites out there that will let you play. This one has never let me played for more than five minutes. I feel like the biggest sucker.
Take Experience With Me?
Maybe it’s just me but I don’t care anything about losing money wherever I go. I didn’t think it was possible but the app is worse than the casino. Funny I can go to the casinos in Tunica, Philadelphia Ms or Southland in Memphis and if I lose it takes 4-6 times longer. Windcreek machines will dry your pockets really fast
You Don’t Win!
Deposited and 60$ straight down the drain. Didn’t win anything.
New app update, Thumbs down
You all at windcreek are so greedy. It’s sad Corporate greed is taking over. You all updated your app to now instead of using your WC/Wpoints that you probably spent months to years accruing, and Mind you it takes hours of playing time on the app just to get the few points they do give. Which is an extremely looong time to build/get your WC/WPoints at a reasonable amount to be able to redeem them for free play. To now the only way to get redeem free play is to use Sapphires within Casinoverse which is almost impossible. It’s almost comical because of how long it takes to gain a reasonable amount of sapphires to do this because just like money Windcreek doesn’t give that out too often, but anything to not give us nothing huh lol. That’s is why social casino platforms like: CrownCoins Casino, Chumba, LuckyLand Slots, Luckyslots.us, and etc are taking over. Because not only do they provide daily rewards (daily $1 or more) to allow you a chance to win real money. They also provide discounts to packages, and etc. which gives players more of a winning chance when playing, and half the time don’t even have to add funds to their platform to win money. And get this, don’t even have to leave the comfort of their home to do it!! You all really messed up when you updated your app this way.. And by reading the reviews others noticed and is unhappy as well. All for the love of money as if you aren’t raking in enough as is!!
Recent update removes playing the slots
Recent update removes all of the games one could play before. No doubt they’ve lost tons of profit. Absolute junk now.
Bring back free play
The new app only allows you to get free play using sapphires and my app constantly says I’ve found all my sapphires. This app allowed free play using only W score bring this option back!! We want free play again
