Can’t sign in!!!
App won’t send the link to my email to reset my password. I do receive regular emails from the app but not to test password. Sooo frustrating!!!
Freezes constantly
Ever since the last update the app freezes as soon as I log in. It doesn’t navigate between tabs.
Great until it logs you out
5/5 when it works, but ever week or two kicks you off even if Face ID enabled and is a pain to login again. Otherwise good
The BEST casino in the DMV💯
I’ve never had a problem with Live! They have the best promotions, best slots, events and their payouts here is great just like their customer service. I received a 3 day complimentary room here and I am very impressed! Very beautiful indeed! The view is amazing as well. Very relaxing, and peaceful. What have your casino done for you lately? Ha I can tell u what mines have 😎
Love the casino, hate the app
Compared to any other casino app this is on the bottom of my list. Most of the time can’t get past the log in.
Slow to Respond
This app is very slow to respond. Sometimes the freeplay value information on the Offers page doesn’t load, so you have to go to the website to see what the offerings are. Switching between pages is ponderous as well. When navigating to a new page the app freezes up while it (I assume) is loading data in the background. Bring some efficiency to your app guys! Or give me $1000 a month in freeplay for my pain and suffering.
Glitchy
This app always has problems. Log in but then it cannot find user data. I have to go to Live’s website in order to log in and see my stats.

Terrible app
Worst casino and promotions app on the planet. So glitchy, rarely allows me to login because it freezes at the login screen no matter what I do. Force close, reinstall, restart phone. Nothing works. Hate this stupid app.
What happened?
Worked great before. Now you click a tab and wait about 60 seconds and hope it updates. Constantly have to close and log in again to even get to offers page. What happened??
New to gambling
This app provides good insight on rewards and details on each event plus with the updates keeping you in the loop of all the hottest games and payouts!!!

Very flaky app
This app is the least reliable phone app i have ever used. It seems to be disparate systems put together that simply don’t function fluidly. The hotel room scheduler is very bad - and seems broken since an upgrade in early Nov. 2024. Transitions between Account , Offers and Home tab take forever and many times the data is not refreshed and is out of date. Live needs to can this entire app as nothing in the app is done well.
Horrible
This has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. It hasn’t been updated in almost a year. Half the time I can’t log in, and when I try to see promotions it always freezes for a couple minutes only to show me half the info about the promo. Horrible
Can’t even log in
I have an account, player card and everything. But for some reason I can’t login or reset my password
Need to update your software
This app is always getting stuck. You can’t move from from one thing to another. You have to close it out and start all over again. And again it gets stuck and you get frustrated TI Department is not doing their job are using an old software.
3rd Attempt to Use App #fail
I have downloaded the IOS version of the Live Casino app-at min 3 times- it oscillates between web and mobile when using features like booking dinner reservation. Delays in retrieving account info, guys it’s still not a smooth experience for users- I presume unless you are onsite at the casino. Otherwise, it’s hit or miss. Suggest you have experienced mobile application testers do more software testing before deployments.
Terrrible app - constantly freezes
This is one of the worst apps for a business I’ve ever used. I have never once opened it that it didn’t freeze, requiring you to close it and open it multiple times just to be able to view a page. It’s truly terrible.
Viewing Recent Activity
Previously in the past you could view recent activity, but now the app is not as inclusive as it was before. Please fix!

Challenges for Daily and weekly coins no longer works... I've tried deleting and reinstall app without success.
Always awful
Every Live Casino app has been horrible. It either makes you log in every time, or it is extremely slow or freezes, or it shows old information, or it just kicks you out. The app is as unstable as anything. It’s as if they make a great design, and they say to themselves, “OK, now let’s make it terrible for the user.”
Slow app
The app is so slow. Have to click a tab a dozen times before the page changes. FaceID wont log me in. I end up having to use the website instead.
