Portal
Everything I need as far as dining gaming information, room, reservations, all in one app, easy accessible
App crashes
App crashes a lot and doesn’t work half the time
App won’t open
The app says it need to update but there isn’t an update available
Why change it??!
Why did you remove the free play view from the account?? It was so simple to see all of the applicable free play in one place, now you have to scroll the offers to add them up. Change it back, please!
Why is my Elite free play so low?
Going to be Elite 3 years in a row and my free play is $25.
Awesome!
Super easy to use! Displays a lot of information! Love the WinStar
Logging in
I can never ever login it asked for my telephone number. I put it in asking me for my code. I put that in and I’ve never ever sent me the verification number so I could never get into the app.
No one home
I’ve complain numerous times and came to a conclusion this casino really doesn’t care. I’ve spoken to many of the staff members who agree. The casino is so big complaints don’t matter. Send them to standard form letter and call it a day. The top CEO and CFO turn their back on problems and wait for them to go away. Not realizing other casinos are right down the road. If Texas goes to gambling Winstar will be a thing of the past
Bonus Play
Why does the app no longer show your bonus play along with your rewards? You have to now change the calendar and select bonus play. It’s annoying. Put it back how it was!
Update not working!!!!
Please fix!!!!! Apple Store says OPEN, instead of UPDATE. Needs fix. Can’t update, can’t do anything on app.
It’s a Winner!
Totally agree with you …what’s not to like about Winning at Winstar 💫
App
This app keeps sending me in circles. It keeps telling me to open the app then add my phone number. Then it starts all over. App is terrible
Needs improvement
Needs all the information for the restaurants, gift shops & bars. The hours of operation is not correct.
Good casino
Casino good
Does not work
Impossible to update
I Agree
I sometimes feel the same way. But lately I have noticed a change towards making the customer feel that they are more valued. I am still evaluating my visits. I could not add a name.
Great casino
Great service good opportunity and comfortable stay
Terrible
Same issue as others. I enter my phone # it tells me I need to update and just a cycle of back and forth and never getting in.
App won’t update
Try it 4 times will not open
110 percent
WinStar is at the top and that is why this casino is the largest
Update not working
I keep doing the same thing over and over again, and it does not update. It keeps taking me back to the same window.
Update
Recently updated to latest version. Now trying to open. Get screen that details what is new. Click continue and it takes me to WinStar in the App Store. Where the process starts all over. Maybe all the kinks are not worked out. There should also be a feature in the app to order tickets for upcoming shows.
Nina59
Love that you don’t need paper offers. All offers available at the tip of your app.
Won’t Update
Every time I go to the app, it prompts me to update which I avidly try to do but it kicks me out every time.
Poor winnings
This casino doesn’t pay out enough to the players. I have played here for years in the beginning. It was better, but they have gotten too tight on the games. It’s ridiculous to drop 5k in the first day and no jackpot payouts. The resort put too much emphasis on golfing and the resort experience that the games are funding. Not everyone is interested in the golf experience are many of the other amenities that the resort offers. It is certainly not your portal to winnings.
Relaxing
Playing freely. Win or Loose is Awesome Relaxing time🥰🥰😍😍🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀. Luv it💕💙
System issues
What is wrong with your system? Keep trying update, but keep getting routed back UPDATE AVAILABLE!
Update took a lot away
App was working fine, did the update and now I can’t see half of my offers. Where did the food offers go?
Nice Update
Great Updates
Can’t book a room
With today’s update, it is impossible to book a room. The screen is black except for the text “< WinStar World Casino Hotel” at the top.
Nice Addition
I’m still new to the app but what’s not to like. Instead of checking the flyers sent to you each month you now check through the app. Also you transfer money from your bank directly to your card. I like it a lot but still discovering all of its perks like Hotel stays and discounts as well as food discounts.
App doesn’t work
Save your time and wait on the phone for an hour because this app doesn’t work consistently. Sometimes a vicious cycle to get in, other times it lags after entering all of your details and shoots back to start. Calling is annoying but necessary—unfortunately.
