What people like
- The technology behind it is cool.
What they complain about
- It keeps logging you out randomly.
- You have to type contacts manually.
- Ticketmaster integration causes constant errors.
- Tickets disappear after downloading them.
Escalators
Please fix the escalators! There’s a lot of handicap people out there.
Doesn’t work well
Hate Ticketmaster and a center apps. If you are not technologically adept you will spend hours trying to figure out how this works. I will just stay home next time. Hate these apps
Ticketmaster interface makes this much too complicated
The AAC app requires a Ticketmaster account, even though the tickets were not purchased there. The interface between the two apps does not work well at all. I was forced to repeat the same actions multiple times, it timed out and had me try again several times and basically wasted a lot of time doing what should’ve been a very quick and easy download. Help and instructions are nonexistent. There’s no reason to require two apps to do this. simply an over-complicated poorly executed piece of technology. Disappointing.
………
i can not receive the one time code for my phone registeration when i sign in
App not accessing contacts on my iPhone for ticket transfer
Tried access App Support but takes me to a link to call the AAC. Just wanted to report that the app is not accessing my iPhone/Outlook contacts now that I updated to the latest iOS. Had to manually enter contact information three times ti transfer tickets to my daughter, when I should have been able to choose her from my contacts.
Yer page sucks
I’m trying to buy plane tix n you are trying to sell my tix. Get a grip
Too many apps to access Mavs Stars and concert tix
Wish I didn’t have to go through Mavs App and Stars App and AAC App to access different TIX why can’t it all be on one AAC app? Make it hard to manage tickets.
Ticket master
Shows an error message when I try signing in with my ticket master account.
Unusable app
this app is horrible. I have problems every single time I go to a concert or game. There is no "add to wallet" button in the app. I have spent hours with AAC staff both online and in person just trying to access my tickets. I have stood in line with many others experiencing the same issue. Please fix this app.
Issues
Can’t find my tickets after I downloaded them
Would be great if it was reliable.
Constantly logs you out for no reason. Often times doesn’t work and just gives an error message when trying to transfer - Usually at the most in opportune time. When it does work I recommend immediately moving the tickets to Wallet. It’s cool technology but loaded with bugs.
Tough interface
No longer stores contacts and you have to manually type in a phone number. This makes it incredible hard to send. Also it no longer shows the name of who you sent tickets to so you have no clue if you need to cancel.
BASICALLY A SHORTCUT TO TICKETMASTER
Does the AAC get paid by TicketMaster to sell their tickets for absurdly high fees? A $40 ticket, nope $100 with fees. If you wanted to make a useful app, CUT OUT THE MIDDLEMAN AND SELL THE TICKETS YOURSELF!
Can’t even log in
Downloaded the app to access and use my tickets for the Stars game but it crashes whenever I try to log in! Can’t access my own ticket. Unreal.
This app is horrible
HORRIBLE APP!!
