Ticket scan works perfectly on the new iPhone and older iPhones as well.

It takes too long for the app to open. Don’t know what they did but it was never like this.
Scanner terrible
Currently using iPhone16. The scanner portion will not focus on the barcode to scan. What’s the point of the app if you can’t scan your ticket????

This dumb app won’t read the ticket but when it feels like it other than that error error try again later it needs an update
Bugs everywhere.
With my iPhone 14 Pro, this app doesn’t work. My 11 pro did however. It won’t focus! It’s not the camera, as outside the app I can take photos and video any zoom just fine. On the app sees it fine from afar. Yet the app must have a close up. I though you used to be able to type in your tickets on there if it wouldnt scan. What happened to that? Now the apps pointless to have unless you fix it. Might as well give up on playing too. Save my monies for the casinos.

I didn’t know there was a third barcode on the ticket that you were supposed to scratch the ticket to make available and that’s the barcode you scanned. No wonder I couldn’t get it to work the last time I had the app installed.
Great scanning ability
Somehow a company that takes in millions per week can’t spend $10 working on an app that actually can scan their own tickets.
CAMERA
Camera will not scan scratch off tickets anymore I don’t understand how it worked so well then, just stopped working .
Please Fix
It’s finally working on my iPhone 14 Pro Max but only with a lot of effort. I had to tweak my camera settings, then hold the scratch off back away from the phone, tap my phone screen to make it focus and then tilt the scratch off up and down until out finally scanned. It took me five to ten minutes to scan 3 scratch offs. Lots of effort for what should be only a few seconds each. My sister had hers done in mere seconds with her Android. I really wish someone would fix the app.
Won’t scan with my iPhone 17
My camera works great for everything besides this app. It just will not scan tickets like my 12 did.

When scanning tickets, it keeps telling you that something went wrong.

I’ve been trying to check my tickets for a week now, and every time I open the ‘check your tickets’ section, the camera light automatically comes on and the screen is white…what’s going on, foo?’

Update Needed
App camera won't scan tickets on NEW phones. Certain features are NOT phone friendly at all which defeats the purpose of having an APP. 1. You can't go back after reviewing Scratch Off info or after checking winners/winning locations. You have to start all over. 2. Winning Location Map is difficult to navigate and rarely gives you the selection you're looking for, but maybe that’s done purposely. 3. SCRATCH LOTTOS should be required to report exactly how many Scratch Off tickets were printed VS winners and update stats accordingly for factual risk. Sometimes; TOP Prizes are claimed before tickets hit stores. 🧐
Too Many Error Notifications.
Needs work. Too many bugs in the app which leads to not knowing whether scanned tickets are winners if being the case.

Can’t Scan Tickets
The ticket scanner will not work with my iPhone 17 pro max. I can’t get the barcode to cone into focus unless it is too far away for the scanner and it’s not the camera because it focuses perfectly outside of this app. This is pretty much a useless app at this point
